Located within the gated community of the beautiful Amelia Island Resort, This Villa has million-dollar views, a very special property and you will feel like royalty staying here and experiencing these breathtaking views from all corners of the Villa. Ocean views to the EAST, South, North, and also, the beautiful Amelia River views from the West Balcony...... newly remodeled beautifully, and the tastefully decorated penthouse on the fifth floor in the high rise at Windsong.

Amelia Island, Florida...a barrier Island located just off the coast of Georgia and Fernandina Beach is the first city as you enter the state of Florida.
Curbside unloading and steps to the elevator...afterward covered parking for 1 car.
Located up on the penthouse level of the fifth floor,(very nice elevator will take you on the ride up, you can also take the stairs for the guest who are athletic and into getting a work out) with only one other Villa that neighbor's this villa...
Inside the Villa it is very spacious, and can sleep up to 10/6 adults comfortably and 4 children...1 king, 2 full, 1 queen sofa in living area and one full-size sofa sleeper in the master suite for children.
2 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 full baths and 1/2 bath. The floor plan is open with no stairs once you are inside you are on one level. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom suite with a huge walk-in shower with several body shower heads, the guest room has two double size beds with its own bath suite and balcony facing west with scenic views of the Amelia river...the living area boasts a beautiful large space with a sofa sleeper and majestic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the very large terrace that is just off of the living area. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A wet bar including a wine refrigerator. A powder room within the foyer at the entrance of the Villa and a nice closet space. Downstairs you will have access to a closet for the storage of beach chairs and bikes.

The Villa has beautiful Ocean views from the back Balcony and the living area. A beautiful pool area in the middle of the property and you can view it from the balcony within the primary bedroom suite. The pool has a shaded area in case you get too much sun, or just want to relax with a book. There are tables as well...showers to rinse the sand off when you are coming up for your fun beach day located down the boardwalk along the path to the Beach.

Walking and bike pathways provide the best of both worlds. If you desire a vacation that beckons you to relax and slow the pace but also offers fun memorable activities, this condo and island is the place for you, your family, and your friends.

While at this rental, guests can also enjoy the miles of walking and biking trails in the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP.) This sprawling 1,340-acre gated community is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches.





Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered nearby at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. The closest golf courses are Little Sandy and Oak Marsh but there are many other nice courses in the area.
