Our Surfside property is located on the NON-DRIVING BEACH with direct views of the Atlantic Ocean. You will feel secure letting the kids explore the sandy beach. Water sports abound here: fishing, swimming, surfing, and paddle boarding, to name just a few. Bike on the beach with your family; enjoy ocean sunrise walks along the water. New Smyrna Beach is the surfing capital of the east coast and is known as the place Floridians vacation.

We are following the VRBO COVID-19 guidelines for enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures between stays. We provide contactless check-in and check-out procedures, anti-bacterial soap in all bathrooms and the kitchen, and cleaning products in the unit for your use.

Great Stay

This condo was very well appointed in case you want to cook. The beach chairs and towels were also a nice amenity so we didn't have to drag ours from home and being on the no-drive part of the beach was nice. The master bed was super comfortable and both the master and the main living area had a great view of the pool and ocean. The owner was very quick with communication and check in was super easy. Very highly recommend!

Relaxing low-key beach front

Nice condo on the second floor(no elevator) of small complex. Great view and easy access to the uncrowded beach. Host was accessible and responsive. Only negative is the 2nd full bathroom is not on the same floor as the bedrooms.A bit inconvenient, but manageable. Overall, a great stay.

Wonderful place!

We loved our stay here! The condo is located on a no-drive area of the beach and was not crowded. Great pool area overlooking the beach. The condo was very nice, clean, comfortable and has an amazing view. We’d definitely like to visit again!

Great Townhouse, Great Location

Besides the property needing to meet expectations, communication is a key component for us and John did an excellent job of communicating with us and is a very gracious host. We found the townhome to be exactly as described and really enjoyed the location on the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

What a view!

Summer Vacation

Loved this place! You cannot beat the view. The condo was clean and well stocked. The owner contacted us the day we got there to make sure all was well. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We will definitely be back.

Amazing

This place is so peaceful and relaxing. Everyone we encountered during our stay was so friendly and accommodating. The condo had everything we would need. It was in perfect view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach which was my favorite part. It was close to many places to eat and things to do. The only thing I would say that you might need to bring if you have lots of stuff to bring to the beach that was not in the condo would be a beach wagon. Everything else is there for you. The ppl who take care of the property do an amazing job keeping this place clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Surfside Condo GREAT PLACE

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The location is wonderful right on the beach with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The unit was extremely clean and the owner of the unit was very responsive to all of my questions. I cannot wait to rent this unit again very soon. Great great time. Thank you.

Great Property...Great Owner

Everything about this condo is exactly as advertised. Our family stayed for a month and loved every minute. The building is a nice, quiet, smaller (only 50ish units) setup and lends itself well to a relaxing stay. John was absolutely great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Hands down best family vacation ever

Second time we have been to NSB. First time here at this beautiful condo. Chose because of the great reviews, location and quite honestly from the wonderful correspondence we received from owner during the booking process. Great location on NSB on the no-Drive section of beach. This two story condo is exactly as described, but even cuter in person. Included absolutely every single thing you would need for a week stay. We are a family of four (15 year old and 12 year old) and if are you looking for a laid back relaxing beach front place to spend some QT with your family-this is the place! Has a direct ocean view from the balcony where we had sat and had coffee each morning. Simple nice clean pool and beach chairs facing the ocean. Walked for miles on beach each morning...rented bikes for a couple of days and rode on beach to Flagler ave where all the cute restaurants and shops are-only about 4 miles away and had so much fun. The only thing I can think of that you might want to bring is a bigger coffee maker if you are big coffee drinker, because they have only a 5 cup model-but it worked perfectly fine. Will for sure return again to this exact same place!

Great Place to stay!

We had a wonderful time visiting New Smyrna Beach. The condo was located in a great stretch of beach that wasn’t over- crowded and in a great location for relaxing. Downtown was a short drive away with great restaraunts and lots of action. John and his wife were very accommodating and their condo was lovely, with amazing views! We all had a fabulous time!

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property because of the direct views from our unit to the ocean and because of the charm of New Smyrna Beach. Surfside is not a large complex so it's never crowded.
