King size bed in master, with 2 twins in the guest room, and we are happy to offer you a portable crib and a "crash pad" for extra sleeping options with little ones through teenagers. We offer tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and a direct oceanfront gazebo too that is poolside. Read a book, escape the sun, or just relax and overlook the amazing view!

Stayed here 50 years ago. Incredible that it looks so great. Place was just as described and super comfortable. Very family oriented as most of NSB is that way. Walk right out the back to go to the pool and ocean.

We enjoyed our stay. Just steps from the beach. Close to dining and shopping. Only an hour and a half from Orlando. We had an amazing ocean vacation.

Beautiful view and nice location in condominium complex

Great building to be in this condominium complex. We have a great view, easy parking and the host was prompt in responding to our reservation. The location is beautiful and we would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Condo was wonderful for our family's beach vacation. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Access to pool and beach was easy for our 2 young boys and community was friendly!

Always relaxing

When you want a nice, laid back vacation, this is the spot. Close enough to things to do, but out of the way enough to relax. We always enjoy staying here, and have multiple times. Hopefully will again!

Beach getaway

We were really happy with this condo! Great location in the complex, enjoyed the view of the grass, pool and ocean! Bedrooms are upstairs and it was nice to have them separated from the living area. The living room has new luxury vinyl floors, so that was nice! The laundry room in the complex had super nice washers and dryers. We enjoyed the stay and will be back! The owners were nice and it was easy to find parking.

Description was not accurate. NO beach access

No stairs to beach access, pool deck was caving in, 1st days photo and 27 days later photos where cracks were started caving in, afraid pool was going to cave in next, construction all over the place, in other condo complexes, so expect 8 am noise and cranes, building A where there was black mold so that family was moved? I was told I should have followed national news to know how this place was hit by hurricanes from 5 months ago it is still a mess. Met a lot of nice people but was not worth the money for ocean front when you had to walk or drive to get on the beach. Found a roach in bathroom downstairs. So just beware if you want beach access or a pool that is starting to slant towards the caved in wall.

We love it here!

This was the second time we have rented from Sandy and both times we’ve had excellent experiences. She is amazingly responsive and so helpful. If ever you experience an issue just reach out to her and she will solve the problem promptly! Our family of 2 adults and 3 young children absolutely loved the location of this unit. You can walk right out to the green space to play, and it’s super close access to the pool and beach. It’s like having the pool and beach right out your back door. The pool construction was completed while we were there and we had no problem using the stairs down to the beach. My kids were in the pool every day, and we walked the beautiful beach looking for shells. We swam in the ocean and fished from the shore. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone we met at the complex was so kind and friendly. The unit is decorated beautifully and feels like a beach house. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would need. The unit is well maintained and very clean! I will continue to rent from Sandy as I have always had a positive experience! We can’t wait to visit again!

Condo clean and the location on beach was perfect ! If you are looking for quiet beach time this is the place!! Plenty of chairs outside to enjoy beach, condo was clean and nice view of ocean from the condo.

New Smyrna Beach Trip

The condo we stayed in was accurately represented on the VRBO Website, so we were pleased to see it was what we expected. The beach there is great - fine sand. We saw several porpoise, Many osprey, some sandpipers and other shore birds. The staff We delt with (Lisa) was very helpful and willing to answer all our questions.

close to pool

Great access to pool, since we had a 4 year old with us it was easy in and out. We could not get any TV to work. Your cleaning people need to look under the beds Overall it was nice.

Super Condo!

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean Club South B105 very much. We were there for a large family reunion and it was wonderful to be on the "green" in front of the pool as we were in the middle of it all! The condo itself is very comfortable, nicely appointed and has all of the things you need for your stay to enjoy the beach and New Smyrna. Great view, great location and awesome beach. Highly recommend a stay in B105!

Location, location, location

This place is right on the beach and it is just steps away from the sand. The condo had all the amenities. The property manager , Sandy was very attentive. She checked in with us frequently and was quick to resolve issues. We can’t wait to go back next year.

Excellent ocean view

Everything was great, with the exception of the weather. The location had a wonderful view of the ocean, especially from the 2nd floor balcony. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived and included everything we needed for our short stay. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. Would love to stay there again.

We are people who enjoy spending time with family and friends at the beach! We have stocked our unit with all of the things you will need to truly relax and enjoy your vacation, whether for a (3) night minimum vacation or any amount of time.

Why they chose this property

The quiet, private setting of our complex was built very close to the ocean! The easy access to both the pool and the beach from the glass doors of our unit is wonderful. And, our no-drive area offers safety to our family, friends and guests with children always.

What makes this property unique

We only have 41 units within our complex, so it's not a high-rise, big crowd situation. It's a friendly complex with a mix of people who simply LOVE being on the beach and in the direct oceanfront pool with a view!
