The condo was nicely appointed and comfortable. Located on the first floor it is steps from the pool and not far from condo access do beach. It is within walking distance of several restaurants. View of ocean is partially obscured by pool and A building. Overall excellent stay

Great beach location. Nice and quiet with no vehicle traffic on the beach. Not everything was in working order. Couldn't get the Keurig to work, but there was a coffee pot and filters. Large sliding glass door was extremely difficult to use, but there was a smaller one that gave us access to the balcony. Would have been nice to have a 3rd chair for the balcony since we had 3 guests for a portion of our visit.

We had a great time staying at the condo for the Fourth of July. Jim, the owner was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying in B107. It was very convenient being on the same floor as the pool.

Great condo for a family

Perfect condo for a family. All the beach essentials and good location. Only bummer was walkway to beach was still out and no communication on checking in or out.

I would not stay at this property again. Unfortunately, there were numerous issues throughout our stay.Upon arrival, there were no parking instructions, leaving us unsure where to park. The condo also had a noticeable layer of sand throughout, and we had to sweep before we could comfortably settle in.The master bathroom was not clean. There were clumps of hair and mold in the shower. The owner did send a cleaner, but the cleaner knocked a few times and then entered the condo without permission, frightening my minor daughter who was alone in the front room.Basic supplies were lacking. We were given only one extra roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms and three guests. When we asked for more, we were told to go to the office before 4 PM, which was not practical while we were out for the day.Several amenities did not work. The TV in the master bedroom never functioned despite asking for assistance, and the Wi-Fi connected to devices but provided no internet access, forcing us to use our personal hotspots.We also found a pair of dirty leggings stuffed in the couch cushions that clearly belonged to a previous guest, raising concerns about how thoroughly the unit was cleaned.There was very little information provided about the property. The pool required an access code that was never included in the check-in information, and there were no instructions for trash disposal.Although the owner was responsive and refunded part of the cleaning fee, the combination of cleanl

It's best at the beach

The property is not only on the beach, but it's where vehicles are banned. If you love a laid back beach vibe, this place is for you. Plus, there are restaurants and stores within an easy walk. You have stop at Izzy's Island Tacos for the best Honduran street food.

Loved this place!

This was a perfect location and right on the beach. It is very spacious and well maintained. The management company is top notch and so friendly. The rooftop pool is amazing. The beach is perfect as well. What a great find. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. It has a partial view that is stunning. It is on the same level as the rooftop pool and the views from there are simply incredible. So happy with our stay. Seamless!

A great family week at the beach

The condo was amazing and the walk to the beach was easy; especially for going back and forth. The only thing I would say to be improved was the communication about what to do when you leave. There was no instructions on what needed to be done before we left as far as towels. Sheets. Keys, etc. If there was instructions somewhere. we missed it. Overall, it was a great week and we would definitely come back.

Very clean and quiet unit Short ride to town to visit the unique shops and restaurants Pool was closed for maintenance during our visit We could not access the beach from the condo due to damage from Hurricane Ian We did drive to Flagler Beach and had a great time This unit did have a view of the water, but there is another building in front of it
