Unit 95- Completely renovated - 2 bedroom / 2 Bathroom Condo with Amazing View of the #1 Beach!! | This two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The living room is equipped with a large 58" Flat screen Tv with Direct TV service for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV, both included with Direct TV service. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a 12 cup Mr. Coffee coffee maker. The condo has laminate wood flooring throughout. The comfortably furnished patio with sliding windows, allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Wonderful Stay at Palm Bay Club

The Palm Bay Club Unit 095 Tower Partial view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice vacation and unit. It was a bit disppointing that the window with gulf view was dirty. I realize it is difficult to keep window clean at all times but sure ruins the view. Also what happened to the gorgeous lighting on the palm trees? It use to be stunning! Bring back the lights! I hope y'all survived Helene with minimal damage.

Great Stay

The condo was exactly as advertised on VRBO. We loved all the windows. We arrived early and had no problem getting checked in - the front office staff was great. It's conveniently located to restaurants and shops. The only thing we didn't know was that we needed to rent an umbrella. We got chairs from the Palm Bay Club every day but we didn't have an umbrella. Others on the beach had rented them.

Summer Bliss

We had the best time! This unit had everything we needed. We were able to stock our fridge with all the essentials, beds were comfy, the unit was clean, always had towels on hand, easy access to beach and chairs. We needed to call maintenance for a small issue and they were there right away. Siesta Key is full of things to do. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay at the Palm Bay Club. We will definitely be back!

Siesta Key first timers- family trip

We loved how spacious the condo was and the floor to ceiling views of the ocean. Really wish there was a balcony to better enjoy the Ocean view. The shower in the second bath is in need of an update. No one wanted to shower in there so everyone shared the master bath. The umbrella provided was broken and the beach chairs were little kid size so hopefully those get updated for the next guest. The proximity to the beach was A+. Would recommend staying here again.

Perfect!

The unit was just as the site described- NO surprises. Completely furnished. It was hard to find a property with appropriate beds for 4 adults. This one was perfect (1 King & 2 Queens). The rental process was flawless-great communication. Sean/Security made sure our late arrival was very easy. Tanya & Frances completed the formal registration & were helpful with directions & suggestions. Paul/Beach Attendant knew his job & was very accommodating. The grounds were beautiful. Security was always present & engaging. It was nice to see Frances out on the property checking on our needs. Any employee we encountered was approachable & helpful. The private beach was fantastic. While you may be a distance from the 2 bridges (restaurants & stores), the privacy and relaxed atmosphere was worth it. Even the Fitness Center was adequate for a complete workout. Would definitely stay here again & recommend this property!

Beach Location Amazing

The VRBO was well maintained and managed. Description was accurate. Kitchen was well equipped and the beach location was amazing. Condo was furnished nicely and beds comfortable. Enjoyed short walk to waters edge where beach chairs were available.All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

We have stayed at The Palm Bay club before but on the bay side. The tower is so convenient to the beach. The staff are always wonderful and very helpful. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. We loved it.

Sean & Chloe's Excellent Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first time we stayed in the Palm Bay Club was about 1976. We came back 47 years later because we enjoyed it the first time. The beach is still quite clean and the pool is wonderful. Our condo was excellent. The owners had thought of everything so we had what we needed whether we were snacking or having a full meal. The rooms were comfortable and everyone slept well. Ours was nicely decorated. We thought the owner's wife must be a good hostess. We went to Walts for fish because we had been there in '76 and it is still standing and good. Sean and Chloe liked the aquarium. They look forward to coming again to visit the new one. Thank you to all of the staff that helped make it an excellent vacation for Sean and Chloe

Perfect

This is an amazing condo! The location is perfect, closest to the beach. The office is very friendly and helpful. Also, the security and maintenance staff are very friendly. Our only issue was being on the 9th floor, the elevator wasn’t always working properly so we had to take the stairs a few times. Still, can’t complain because it was gorgeous inside and outside of the building. Thank you!

Favorite so far !

We were the closest to the beach. The pool was amazing. We were able to bring food and drink in the pool area and all of our pool toys are laundry was right next to our condo and trash facilities. Will never stay anywhere else. !!!
