This large beautiful 3500 square foot townhome has everything needed for the perfect multiple family vacation. Once you park your car you will never use it. Steps from the beach, boardwalk, Funland, restaurants and shops. The rooftop deck provides a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the City of Rehoboth or enjoy the privacy and solice of one of the other 5 decks.

These townhomes were recently renovated and expanded to include four stories, hardwood floors, silestone kitchen countertops, 9 televisions, 3 dvds, and wifi, just to highlight some of the amenities. Entertainment in the area includes fishing, crabbing, boating, golf, outlet shopping, slot machines, harness racing, and movie theatres. Rehoboth Beach is centrally located approx. 2 1/2 hours from Philadelphia, Washington, DC and Baltimore.

We also have the adjoining townhome available to provide for groups up to 32.

Great weekend in Rehoboth

Had a wonderful long weekend with extended family. The house was perfect for all 16 of us, fantastic location, enjoyed the rooftop deck after dinner every night. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

Our family spends Thanksgiving together at the beach every year. We love cooking dinner together. This property had every possible cooking pot, utensil, cookie sheet, etc! The only thing we brought that they didn't have, was a roasting pan! We had young children and appreciated the basement area where they could play. We really enjoyed this home!

Location, Location, Location

Location, location, location. The description mentioned this house provided the opportunity to park your vehicle and never having the need to use it. You can walk to anything you want or need and we enjoyed that freedom. There was plenty of space for the seven of us to gather and also retreat. The upstairs outdoor deck was probably my favorite aspect of the house. The beds were comfy and bedrooms were quiet. Kitchen was not lacking for cookware, flatware and dishes. Galley design of the kitchen had a good work space flow and we were able to prepare and cleanup without being on top of each other. We have rented many beach houses in the Rehobeth and Bethany area in last 10 years and this was my favorite to date. Bright, comfortable and an unbeatable location.

Great House for multiple families in an amazing location!

This is a wonderful house for multiple families traveling together, as there are several groups of bedrooms together with plenty of bathrooms. The hangout areas on the main floor and in the basement are very good sizes and there is a nice, large dining table for everyone to eat together. The roof deck also is fantastic with great views of the town and ocean. The location can't be beat; you are steps from the beach and all the amazing things that Rehoboth has to offer!

Great location and view of ocean !

We stayed in unit B. It was very spacious. It had even more room than we needed for 13 adults. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We will definitely stay here again!. The only negative I can think of would be the parking. There are only 2 parking spaces and we had 5 vehicles.
