The home is very light and airy . The house has 4 large bedrooms and a very large kitchen and living room-with a opening between the two rooms. Leather sofa and side chairs that recline. The master bedroom suite has its own full bath and a foam top queen mattress. There is another full bath on the same floor and one in the basement. Basement has a washer and dryer as well as a two car garage. There is a large screened porch off the kitchen with a picnic table and chairs - everyone loves the porch. The driveway will handle a boat and trailer. The house is very cool all summer with the windows open. However, for your use there is one air conditioner unit in the home.
The home is situated on a large lot -- great for yard games. There are some wonderful activities close by -- Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking, whale watching, fishing as well as some wonderful Cape Cod ponds for outings or picnics.
