This lower level Mother in Law apartment has two daylight windows (one in the room and one in a bedroom) that give you ample sunlight. You will find a 3/4 bathroom with shower and a medium sized kitchen with washer/dryer closet. The 2nd bedroom is nonconforming without a window (if you want a 2nd bedroom w/window then we can rearrange family room into bedroom suite and make non conforming BR into a theater room. We will try to give many options to our guests to make their stay comfortable.
