The hot tub is open as of Feb 14th. The pool is scheduled to open March 27th.
If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below.

You'll love the gorgeous panoramic views from this beautiful new townhome! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath floor plan with stunning views of the canyons, mountains, and red rocks from every room. Located only 5 miles south of downtown Moab, this home is superbly furnished and makes for a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation.
The private master suite features a king size bed, 3 closets, a dresser, and a double vanity in the bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and dresser while Bedroom 3 comes with 2 twin beds and a dresser. All bedrooms have their own TV's. There's a private balcony off the master suite. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines)
The oversized 2 car garage has plenty of room for your mountain bikes, 4WD, ATV's, and all your recreational toys. There is a full size washer and dryer so you can clean up quickly after enjoying outdoor activities.
The complex features a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis/basketball court, playground, and plenty of extra parking. Great location just 2 blocks off Highway 191, your gateway to Canyonlands and Arches National Parks.
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located). It offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.
