· Queen sofa sleeper and DVD player in the living area perfect for children

· Coded keyless entry door for your safety and convenience

· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and whether you prefer a K-cup or traditional cup of coffee, this kitchen offers both!

· Table for four in the dining area and a kitchen bar with two stools

· King size bed in the bedroom that also features a Smart television and DVD player

· Combination shower and tub in the bathroom

· Marvel at the gorgeous beach front view from the larger, extended balcony with seating for four at the table and two chaise lounge chairs overlooking the pool

Not Bad

For a last minute getaway option this condo wasn't bad. Pictures were accurate and condo was clean. Must check in a front desk at which point you're given a key to the unit. A little old school but no big deal. Only complaint would be the water pressure was no existent. With condo rentals its all in what you are accustomed to. I'd give this one a C+

Enjoyed the beach very much, but not sure I would book this condo again.

First we paid over $600 per night for this rental, so my expectations were high. Upon arrival our tv did not work due to issues with the satellite. We contacted the front desk numerous times and after the second day of our stay they came and fixed it. There were light bulbs out in the bathroom. We had to drop our keys off at a different Phoenix property when we checked out because the front desk at the complex was not open. And the air conditioning in the gym wasn't working the first two days of our stay.

Very Good Location on the Beach

We liked the unit and it was very well done. The closeness to the beach was excellent. We loved the balcony seating area. We would have appreciated some instructions on the TV's but we were able to work them well. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Last minute change

I found this listing just two weeks before the busy Memorial Day holiday after being bumped from another property. While the price was more than the prior location, the condo was fine for our family of four. Location in the complex is great, right above the pool, which wasn’t loud and allowed taking the stairs verse waiting for the elevator. Having a physical key was stressful - remembering to bring it and ensuring you didn’t lose it. Air conditioner worked great, very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels provided and shower was fine once you got the water all the way turned on. We didn’t get any linens for the pullout couch, nor did I call for any. The pullout is a pretty bad mattress and even my teen was uncomfortable. The king bed was comfortable. Kitchen is pretty scarce - not even a coffee filter. Be sure to bring your own spices, trash bags, hand soap, paper towels, TP, etc. Overall, it was a nice stay.
