Beautiful One Bedroom Condo on the 8th Floor with Breathtaking Views of the Gulf

Phoenix 5 Unit #807....This beautifully decorated 1BR/1BA beachfront condo has beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony and is perfect for a romantic get-away or for a small family vacation. And you'll love the balcony that is equipped with a patio table, 4 chairs, and a chaise lounge chair. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!

There is plenty of seating in the spacious living room. And there is a queen sofa sleeper for the kiddos! Linens are provided for you upon arrival.

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. And the stainless appliances are new! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom (linens are provided) and we have a new walk-in shower in the bathroom! A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed using all the amenities of the complex. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from this unit can't be beat. It is located right by the elevators, but we didn't find that to be a problem, even with a number of children at the complex at the time.

This is a beautiful condo. I really enjoyed my stay. It has everything that is needed for a short stay. If you are staying longer I would suggest bringing toilet paper and extra towels.

Really enjoyed our stay! Condo could use some deep cleaning, but was so thrilled with our view and spending time at the ocean nothing really mattered. Would definitely go back!

The views from this condo really are fabulous! With back-to-back renters all summer, there has been no time to do any deep cleaning. However, we are starting mini deep cleans this week in each unit so they we can address things that cannot be done during a regular clean. Thanks again!
