About this property

Vintage Craftsman in Walking Neighborhood!

This house is beautiful, comfy and intensely convenient to visiting LA. Private pool! The immediate neighborhood is walkable to a variety of restaurants and museums. The location affords easy freeway access and roughly equidistant access to West Hollywood, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Downtown. Fiber Internet!

2-bed, 2-bath house with kitchen, private laundry, outdoor patio. ~1,200 square feet of living space. Dining room with seating for 6. Living room with Apple TV, Chromecast, and digital antenna. You may access the entire house and yard.

You are invited to use the outdoor patio, but we ask that you do so in accordance with our house manual, namely that you refrain from playing loud music and observe quiet hours in respect of our neighbors, and that you ensure patio furniture is always re-covered. Thank you! Please note that owner has access to the garage (via driveway access) at all hours for occasional access and will not interact with guests unless requested to. Owner will not access the broader backyard or pool area.

Pool heating is available for $80 / day (entire stay only). Jacuzzi heat is included with home rental, though we ask that you turn Jacuzzi off when not in use.

The charming neighborhood is a 15-minute walk to Museum Row, with nearby access to The Grove and Farmer's Market, as well as a short car ride to West Hollywood, Century City, Koreatown, and downtown.

Car and Uber/Lyft are best. There is an efficient bus line up San Vicente directly into West Hollywood that costs only a few dollars and takes ~10 minutes outside rush hour.

Forgotten/Lost items can be returned at a flat rate of $50 (includes up to $25 shipping cost).

Daniel is an excellent host with an excellent home and property. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, etc. Very quiet neighborhood. House is complete with all amenities needed for our stay. Amazing jewel

This amazing jewel of a property was just the "home away from home" we needed to participate in some West LA appointments. We cannot speak well-enough for our host who was a great communicator. The property was spotless, light filled, and all of our needs were met.

A Gem in mid-LA

So thrilled to be able to stay here..it felt like home! It was so comfortable to be there and enjoy all the spaces in and out. The pool and spa were just what we needed coming from Chicago. It was a top quality wonderful home and we so appreciate that owner renting it out to those who visit LA. Great location as well.

We loved our stay at this rental! It was well maintained and beautifully decorated. Also VERY clean which is a big deal to me! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from pool towels to kitchen tools. The pool was AWESOME as was the location. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to stay there again!!
