This luxurious detached guesthouse rests in the most ideal location for exploration of everything Santa Monica has to offer!

The design is a mix of beach cottage with contemporary accents and immaculate and thoughtful detailing.

Upon entry of the guest house you climb a flight of stairs and enter into the main living space. This open floor plan has your living room equipped with a sofa, artwork, a 48” HD flatscreen TV, that includes WiFi and cable along with the kitchen that includes all your needed amenities; a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, corian countertops, and hard finished floors.

As you walk down the hall to your left is your bathroom with tiled finish and tile lavatory. As you continue down the hall to your right is the master bedroom that offers a queen bed, closet space and plenty of light. This unit offers a second separate bedroom with a full bed, in this room you see your laundry facilities behind the closet doors.

Located only four blocks to famous Ocean Ave indulge in watching the gorgeous sunsets, walks to the beach, ride a bike on the boardwalk, or dine in the many cafes surrounding our community. Leave your car behind walk, scooter or bike to the Promenade, Pier, and Metro-link, it truly is an unbeatable location.

Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, small families of four, and business travelers.

Cozy Getaway in Santa Monica

Our stay at this beautiful condo was wonderful. Just a few blocks from the ocean, it was the perfect spot to enjoy beach days and evening strolls. The neighborhood was cozy and peaceful, making it easy to relax and feel right at home.

Comfortable + great location

The guest house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a bit cozy with 4 adults, but we took advantage of the great location and weren't in the house too much during our weekend trip.

Cozy and bright with a lovely touch of privacy

Every part of the property feels lush and green. The place is so well appointed and feels like you're one with the palm trees. The couch is super comfortable; the kitchen is well designed with a great flow; the beds are cozy and there is plenty of space for luggage; and the shower rocks!! I loved the location - just blocks from the beach and also from shops and restaurants. Bonus: only 15 minutes to LAX (early morning!). I will definitely come back to stay here.

We came to L.A. for a concert at the Greek and Santa Monica for the beach! This location was perfect for the beach visit! Literally a 10 minute walk down to a great beach a bit away from the busy Santa Monica pier area (but still easy to get there if you wanted). Unit is very cozy, beds and bedding really nice quality… cotton sheets, good variety of pillow firmness and softness (thank you!!!), and very airy rooms with large windows. And the shower was wonderful, too! Easy check in and check out, the tiniest bit challenging arriving in the dark, but owners provided good instructions for arrival. Great neighborhood and generally convenient street parking that felt very safe and was close to the house. We definitely hope to come back!

Great Spot!

We loved the vintage feel of this coach house apartment. Very comfortable and clean with everything you could need. The listing mentioned a hot tub, but we couldn't find it. No big deal. Thought it was closer to the beach, but the neighborhood was absolutely lovely. Really enjoyed our stay.

Santa Monica

We truly enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica. This property is in a great location- close to restaurants and shops as well as the beach. We enjoyed our walk for breakfast in the morning, along the boardwalk in the afternoon and to dinner in the evening. The house was clean and all the extra amenities were appreciated. Also the street parking (with the provided permit) was an added bonus. Check in and check out was easy and the communication was great. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this gem.

This apartment is perfect for a Santa Monica getaway. Set in a quiet neighborhood in the back of a peaceful, beautiful yard. It is comfortable and cute! The beach, restaurants and retail are only a couple of blocks away.Vince and Wendy were welcoming and helpful during our stay. The apartment is supplied with everything you need, and there was a cold bottle of wine awaiting us in the frig.We would certainly stay here again!.

Cute Place - Fantastic Location

Short and sweet - the unit was great. Just a nice cute little place only blocks from the beach. Well taken care of - and outfitted nicely. We had 4 adults in town for a wedding - and we fit easily into the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

Hosts responded each time we reached out and were very thorough in their instructions for checking in and parking. The stairs were a surprise, however, we managed and it was well worth it. A well stocked kitchen allowedus to eat in and relax between commitments. We were all comfortable in the sleeping arrangements provided.

Great Stay at a Perfect Location!

We just spent three nights at this property and it was perfect for us! The place is just as advertised and with a perfect location to explore Santa Monica and LA. The hosts were very friendly but non-intrusive and the check-in process and amenities were just right. The neighborhood is very quiet and within walking distance to the beach. It is also easy to access the PCH going north, all parts of LA, and of course downtown Santa Monica and the pier. We highly recommend this property to your group or family!
