Thank you for your kind review. I’m so glad you had a comfortable stay and found everything clean and well cared for. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you’d be very welcome back anytime.
My daughter lives in Los Angeles (my wife and I are in NYC) and she had surgery scheduled so I wanted to help her out for about 10 days, and it made sense to be in a house. I found Trish's house on Vrbo and it was perfect for our needs. In all candor, I can't think of anything that could have gone better. The neighborhood was quiet yet there were stores and services close by. Trish was very helpful and was so kind! This is how I want to stay in Los Angeles for now on.

Thank you Megan. It was lovely hosting you and your family.
This lovely 2BR/2BA on a quiet street was lovely and well appointed. 2 comfortable queen beds with lovely linens and lots of pillows. Plenty of good quality towels. Full working kitchen and laundry. We spent Christmas here and I cooked a full Christmas dinner. Off street parking for one car was great. Our hostess was in touch and quickly responded when we had a question about how to adjust the heat/AC. She stayed in touch (from Hawaii) during our entire stay and was very caring about how our family stay was going.Convenient to groceries and restaurants. We would stay here again here again. It was a great family retreat for 5 nights!

Very clean and good communication with owner. Also pet friendly with a small back yard to let the dog out. Also a nice safe neighborhood to walk your dog. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Thank you Hal. It was so nice communicating with you and meeting your wife and daughter. Would be happy to host you again. Hope your daughter has healed.
The house was perfect for my sister and I visiting for some outpatient treatment at Cedars-Sinai. Great location in a quiet very cute neighborhood and walking distance to Trader Joe’s. Beds were comfortable and the house is charming and cozy. It was great to have a piano to tinker on. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard to have lunch. Trish was very easy to work with and she always asked if we needed anything. She’s also very nice and thoughtful. This place will be my go to if I ever need to return to LA. Thank you Trish!

Thank you Rob for the great review! It was such a pleasure hosting and meeting both you and Sharon. You are always welcome back and I am wishing you good thoughts and prayers for a swift and full recovery!
House is super cute and great backyard space! Smaller than it looks in the pics. Owner lives in the unit upstairs and was onsite for the majority of our stay - which was not explicitly stated in the listing. I would have liked to have know that ahead of time. But she was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Kitchen could have been better appointed with the necessities. Beds were comfy and the linens were great quality
The home is a dream for those who love the the craftsmanship of 1930s homes. The home has beautiful arched windows, small surprise windows, and a beautiful classic bathroom with black and white tiles. Neighborhood is quite and a lovely place for a sightseeing stroll. Trisha was so lovely to us. Communication was quick, easy, and always helpful! I would most definitely return to this beautiful home!

Melissa it was such a delight meeting you and your lovely family. You took such good care of my place and are welcome back anytime!
We had a wonderful stay at Trish’s place. Everything was clean, and the house was well-accommodated. Trish was very responsive to messages and super helpful. She even bought a pack-n-play for the property after I inquired about one. Very considerate!
The location was a great jumping off point for everything we wanted to do in LA. We also felt that it was actually bigger than it seems in the photos.
We would definitely consider staying here again!

About the host
Your host
Originally from North Carolina, I’ve called Los Angeles home for many years and take pride in creating a thoughtfully curated, well-managed space for guests. My appreciation for design and craftsmanship is reflected throughout the home — from carefully selected furnishings to subtle equestrian artwork inspired by my love of horses and timeless style. Each detail is chosen to create a setting that feels refined, welcoming, and comfortable. I host a mix of families, medical guests, and business travelers, and I understand the importance of a peaceful, well-organized environment. Whether you’re visiting for treatment, work, or time together near the beach, I prioritize clear communication, discretion, and responsiveness to ensure a smooth stay. When I’m not hosting, I enjoy staying active, sewing my own designs, and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to welcoming you.
Why they chose this property
I chose Rancho Park for its rare combination of central convenience and comfortable residential character. From here, you can reach Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Century City, and Culver City in 5 to 10 minutes, and Santa Monica, Venice, and Marina del Rey within 10–20 minutes. It’s one of the most accessible locations in West Los Angeles. The Expo Line is just a 7-minute walk, offering easy access to Downtown Santa Monica and Downtown Los Angeles. Trader Joe’s and several dining options along Pico Boulevard are also within walking distance, making daily errands and dining simple without needing to drive.
The home is located just a few houses from the freeway corridor, with on-ramps to both the 10 and 405 only minutes away. This allows for incredibly efficient access across Los Angeles. As with many centrally located LA neighborhoods, there may be some ambient freeway sound outdoors at times; however, the home is well insulated, with dual-pane windows throughout much of the property to help maintain a comfortable interior environment. It’s a location that makes exploring Los Angeles easy while still enjoying the comfort of a quiet residential setting.
What makes this property unique
This thoughtfully redesigned 2-bedroom home blends refined farmhouse-inspired style with comfort and functionality in a prime West Los Angeles location. Professionally updated in 2025, the interiors feature a frameless marble walk-in shower, a deep soaking tub, curated furnishings, and hotel-quality all-cotton linens for a stay that feels both polished and welcoming. Guests enjoy exclusive use of a fully fenced private yard with patios and a gated dog run — a rare feature for this central area. The home’s design reflects careful attention to detail, including subtle equestrian-inspired artwork and decorative accents that add warmth and character without overwhelming the space. With its combination of intentional design, outdoor space, central convenience, and a calm residential setting, the home offers a unique balance of accessibility and comfort not often found in West LA.
