Enjoy exclusive use of this thoughtfully redesigned lower-level 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in desirable Rancho Park. Professionally styled in May–June 2025, the residence blends refined farmhouse-inspired design with warmth, curated furnishings, and subtle equestrian accents.
Ideally located in the heart of West Los Angeles, you’re minutes from Santa Monica, UCLA, Century City, Beverly Hills, Culver City, and just 6 miles from LAX. Perfect for family visits, business travel, medical stays, or a peaceful getaway in a calm residential setting.
Sleeps 4 comfortably; can accommodate 5 with a cot or air mattress upon request.

The home offers a private fenced yard and a gated dog run for secure outdoor use. We kindly ask that pets remain off uncovered furniture and are not left unattended unless crated.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If any furniture was moved, please move back to original position.
Please do not move the piano. It is very heavy such that cleaners and host are unable to move it
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
