UPDATE as of 10/14/25: Pool Deck Coatings - Week of 10/13/2025
C-Sharpe will be on-site Monday, October 13th, to begin mobilizing for pool deck coating applications. Once the prep work is completed, one pool will be shut down at a time for approximately 2 weeks for new deck coating applications.
Entry Door Painting - Week of 10/13/2025
C-Sharpe will begin painting entry doors and frames of the '03, '04, '05 and '06 stack units next week. They plan to begin the middle/end of the week. Notice will be sent out when we have a confirmed start date.
Crews will start at the top floor and work their way down. Doors will have to be propped open for approximately 4 hours to dry.
Enjoy panoramic views of the sparkling gulf water and sugar white sand from your private balcony. Royal Palms in Gulf Shores is a prime location on scenic East Beach and only about 1 mile from the center of town. Condo size is 1BR/2BA and approx. 676 SqFt. Free WiFi!
The master bedroom includes a recently replaced Sealy Black Opal King mattress!
On-site amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, fitness center, and sauna! Awesome complex directly on the beach, and easy walking distance to the center of town, and the closest condo to Gulf State Pier!

Royal Palms will be a No Smoking property starting August 16, 2025. This includes balconies and all common areas.A designated smoking area is located near the BBQ area.Violators may be fined or evicted after a second warning.
