The first level features three comfortable bedrooms and a full hall bath with a walk-in shower. For some friendly competition, head to the soundfront game room for foosball, or relax in the seating area with a favorite show on the 55-inch Smart TV. Spectacular water views make even quiet moments memorable.

Upstairs, the bright and airy great room steals the show with its cathedral ceiling and wall-to-wall windows showcasing breathtaking sound views on three sides. Gather with family and friends around the living and dining areas, enjoy a movie on the 55-inch Smart TV, or step out onto the furnished deck to take in one of the most spectacular sound views in Avon. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
