Lake house with personal zero entry walk in beach

Magnificent views of lake Mille Lacs from this four season, A-frame lake house. Floor to ceiling windows showcase our beautiful private walk in beach, spacious deck, 140 foot dock and of course our cove on Mille Lacs. Enjoy the many activities available in the area including swimming, fishing, biking, water skiing, ATV trails and much more; it's all here!

Floor area: 2760 sq. ft.

House rules:
Minimum age or renter is 25. This is a smoke-free property. Maximum occupancy is 12 people and children are welcome. There is a fenced outdoor kennel available for the family pet but not pets are allowed in the house. You will need to bring your own shelter for the pet. All pets must be well behaved and compatible with neighboring pets. No more than one pet at a time. No access to owner's boat. Garage is locked to store owner's personal property.

General features of the house:
Air Conditioning, Washer / dryer, gas fireplace, High-speed internet, Linens and towels provided, parking for 4 vehicles. A boat slip at the local marina (< 5 min walk) available at no charge and personal watercraft can be tied off to the dock during the day. Outdoor deck includes outdoor bar stools and counter tops to seat up to 10 people while overlooking the lake. Barbeque is included.

Kitchen:
Everything you need including coffee maker, Dishes and utensils, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, toaster oven and all other cookware including griddle, 2 large cook pots, 2 smaller cook pots, crock pot, mixing bowls and baking pans. Owner keeps spices and general cooking supplies for personal use. Guests may use these items as needed but are requested to replace emptied items.

Bedroom with queen size bed and large closet where kids can stay in sleeping bags if needed
Second bedroom with double / single bunk bed that can sleep 3 and large closet. Roll-away bed is also available.

Loft area also has a double pull-out couch

This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, full kitchen, laundry room with outdoor kennel (no pets inside) is spacious and comfortable for any family or get together. Furnished to match the beautiful wood interior and exterior, vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and overlooking loft. Great care and detail in every room.
On the main floor, the master bedroom has a king pillow top mattress, choice of down or fiber filled pillows and walk in closet. Down the hall a second bedroom sleeps 3 with a double bed, single bed bunk bed and 3 individual closets. One full bath with stand up shower and jet tub is located on main floor. Continue down the hall to find the floor plan open up to spacious living room, dining area & full kitchen- floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace. The plush leather couches invite you to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. WiFi available to stream. Beautiful thick pine dining table and benches, with 2 captain chairs seats up to 10. The full kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs and a nook with 3 stools to make sure everyone is comfortable. All pots, pans, utensils, serving needs, glassware, coffee machine, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher available for use.
Before walking upstairs you pass the full laundry room tucked beside the mudroom entrance. Upstairs, the overlooking spacious loft gives you another fantastic view of the cove our cottage is nestled in. The second floor is equipped with the second full bath, shower/bath combo along with 2 more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen pillow top mattress, closet and chest of drawers. Second bedroom sleeps up to 3 with another double/single bunk bed and walk in closet. Additional sleeping available with double bed in mudroom, single roll away or pullout sofa in loft.
