Great condo right on the beach. 4 elevators made it super easy to get up and down. Overall really amazing stay.

Great stay other than VERY BAD MILDEW IN MASTER SHOWER AND MILDEW SMELL THROUGHOUT THE WASH MACHINE.

Very nice and relaxing I had to purchase bleach spray and bleach to clean shower and wash machine…….. other than that very nice BATHROOM CLEANLINESS IS A MUST‼️‼️

Lovely and spacious condo. Would definitely stay again and again. Only drawback was the smokers on both sides of us. With my asthma, it was hard to enjoy the breathtaking, postcard view from the balcony. My family also struggled with the cigarette smoke. Just left a dark spot on an otherwise perfect vacay.

Very nice condo at Phoenix 7. Clean and everything was in good working order. Very quiet on the 12th floor. Great location, with lots to do within 1-2 miles. The king bed in the master bedroom is very hard and bedding is light weight, so might want to bring an extra blanket. Overall, a quality unit in a well-maintained complex.

Yearly vacation

Renting the property was fairly simple once we decided on it. We loved the spaciousness and the rooms were good size. I would recommend to anybody that asks us if we liked the property.

Summer vacay

Everything about the Phoenix 7 was great. The only reason I gave the check-in process a 4 out of 5 rating is because we first arrived at the Brett/Robinson (rental agency) for check in because there was not any details prior to our check in describing where to arrive for checkin, parking passes, or room key. It would have been nice to know just to arrive at the condo.
