This quiet and relaxing furnished apartment is located in La Rochelle at a dead end 8 minutes by bike from the historic heart and 12 minutes from the beach. Free parking space at the foot of the apartment. On the large sunny terrace overlooking the garden equipped with a plancha, you can enjoy your lunch and dinner.
Three comfortable bedrooms disperse around the living room, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room.
To relax, the living room has a wood stove, a pleasant sofa, as well as a TV, DVD player, HIFI and WIFI.

Séjour familial à La Rochelle

Séjour familial La Rochelle Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille en août à La Rochelle. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description qui en est faite sur le site internet, propre et tranquille. Le propriétaire était absent lors de notre séjour mais Agathe, la voisine qui s'occupe de gérer la location dans ce cas là, a été très réactive à toutes nos questions. L'emplacement n'est pas très loin du centre ville de La Rochelle, facilement accessible en bus ou en vélo de location qui est un moyen pratique et économique de se déplacer à La Rochelle. La ville est bien dotée en pistes cyclables et nous avons préféré cette solution à la voiture qui nous serait de toute façon revenu plus cher en frais de parking. Il y a deux stations de location de vélos proche de l'appartement. Par ailleurs, il est très aisé de garer son véhicule juste devant l'appartement. Nous avons également pu découvrir la région et notamment l'Ile de Ré, l'Ile d'Oléron et le marais poitevin. Nous relouerions sans hésiter l'appartement de M. Gonnet.

Appartement calme et agréable

Appartement très spacieux, avec un accès jardin sur la terrasse, identique à l'annonce. L'appartement est très pratique et a même une bibliothèque fournie! Très facile de se garer juste devant la maison. Le propriétaire est très serviable et nous a très bien accueillies et tout expliqué en détail.

Une semaine très reposante dans un logement calme

Au premier étage d'une maison dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, en proche banlieue de La Rochelle. 3 chambres, 1 SdB. Un très grand salon séjour donnant directement sur la terrasse (grande table permettant de manger à 6 personnes). De la terrasse, on peut accéder au petit jardin. Cuisine bien aménagée (plaques induction performantes, micro-onde, un grand frigo+congélateur suffisant pour 4/6 personnes, lave-vaisselle, ...) avec toute la batterie de cuisine. Bonnes literies. A noter climatisation dans une chambre et dans le salon-séjour. Lave-linge dans la SdB spacieuse (baignoire, pare-douche). Cette location est compatible avec un séjour "touriste" (c'était notre cas) mais aussi en logement de longue durée.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in La Rochelle

Merci beaucoup Antoine! Wir waren mit 3 Kindern in der Wohnung, die dafür prima geeignet ist. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist gut, die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet zu Supermärkten etc. auch. Meistens waren wir am Strand in Chatalaillon Plage, dazu braucht es ein Auto. Der Vermieter Antoine ist sehr freundlich, daher von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Très belle semaine à La Rochelle

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel dans un quartier calme. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Une semaine sans prendre notre voiture grâce au pass tribu. Le bus passe à 5 minutes de l'appartement et permet d'aller dans le centre le La Rochelle et à la plage.

Tolles Ambiente

Sehr schöne, saubere und ruhig gelegene Wohnung am Stadtrand. Komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Hafen und somit die Innenstadt ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns Fahrräder gemietet, da es viele schöne Radwege im Umkreis gibt. Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war er stets ansprechbar für Fragen und Hilfestellung. Schön wäre wenigstens 1 deutschsprachiger Fernsehsender gewesen. Die Abwicklung über FeWo direkt war unkompliziert.

Excellent séjour !

Appartement agréable, tout confort, avec une jolie terrasse. Près du centre-ville en voiture. Environnement très calme et un accueil très sympatique.

Venez y passer vos vacances!

Très bel appartement, propre, bien équipé, idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Il se situe dans un quartier calme. Centre ville de la Rochelle et plages à proximité accessible en vélo ou voiture. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour!
