Belle location située juste à côté du marché de La Brée et à quelques minutes seulement de la plage. La maison est grande et lumineuse, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et confortable. Avec trois belles chambres et deux salles de bain, chacun a son espace et son confort.Le grand jardin qui entoure la maison permet de profiter pleinement des beaux jours.L'arrivée et le départ étaient gérés par une conciegerie, mais nos hôtes Dominique et Corinne ont été très sympathiques dans les échanges en amont, et proactifs pendant notre séjour sur l'île.Nous y reviendrions sans hésitation !

Très belle location agréable et confortable. Propreté remarquable et très bien équipée.Le seul bémol manque la climatisation c'est dommage !

En effet nous avons vécu une période de canicule exceptionnelle. Nous envisageons de compléter notre installation avec un plancher réfrigérant pour l'année prochaine.

Maison idéalement situé, très bien pensé dans sa distribution, les deux terrasses sont appréciables afin de profiter du soleil à n'importe quelle heure du jour, aménagement et décoration parfaite, les propriétaires et la conciergerie sont très réactifs en cas de besoin, quand on reviendra à l'île d'Oléron il est certain que l'on reviendra dans cette location

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour, maison bien située, très bien équipée, annonce conforme.Remise des clés par Delphine dès notre arrivée à 13h45, merci à elle pour son efficacité. Le plus de la location, non négligeable, la mise à disposition de 4 vélos en parfait état.Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et réactifs pour répondre à nos messages.Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

Belle maison tres bien équipée, avec un agencement bien pensé et tres bien située. Literies . 2 terrasses orientees différemment, permettant de profiter du soleil au maximum. Accueil et accompagnement de la conciergerie au top. Grande réactivité de sa part ainsi que des propriétaires, tout aussi charmants. Un séjour très agréable dans une maison neuve et décorée avec goût.
