Upstairs Beach Apartment!!! Available for Month of August

This beautiful apartment is your classic jersey shore beach escape, one house from the ocean ! Apartment has two bedrooms with partial ocean views from almost every window ! There is a full kitchen, living room, small inclosed sun-porch, Two bedrooms , and one and half baths . One bedroom has queen size bed and closet. 2nd bedroom has brand new bunk beds ( newly purchased last summer) bottom bunk has full size mattress and closet . There is also an inclosed outdoor shower . With the apartment you are allowed one off street parking space in the lot next to your apt! :) Besides all this ! We have a shared backyard where you can sun, grill, and lounge ! Did I mention this apt is one house from the ocean !!! The only catch is we do not, I repeat DO NOT rent to groups . I am very sorry !! But we are families only . There are 3 other families with children who have been coming for over 29 years that occupy the 3 other units in the building and It is unfair to them and you.
