Experience Belmar like a local in this charming 1940's craftsman 3-bedroom, 2 bath . This cool property offers AC, but you can catch those cool ocean breezes on the rocking chair porch with the award winning beach, boardwalk and eateries only a block away. Lounge in the spacious living room complete with a flat screen tv, a sofa bed and comfy easy chairs, Guests will feel right at home. WIFI, a washer and dryer, iron and iron board are supplied for your convenience. Additionally, there is a full bath on each floor. Enjoy the primary bedroom with it's own private terrace, plus 2 additional bedrooms. Our kitchen is fully stocked Also, linens, soaps, 6 beach passes, beach chairs & towels and umbrella are all included. Just bring your clothes, sunscreen and toothbrush! Ebb Tide is within walking distance to the Belmar train station making it easy to visit the towns of Asbury Park, Bradley Beach, Spring Lake, Pt.Pleasant Beach, Ocean Grove, Long Branch and Red Bank. Some other areas of interest in walking distance to note: children's playground at Silver Lake, churches, Belmar Public Library, Main Street shops and restaurants and Belmar Marina are all just a short bike ride away. We had a wonderful stay. The house is well appointed and seems recently re-outfitted, e.g. the beach chairs seemed new this season. All basic supplies (soap, paper towels, shower supplies, beach gear) were offered which made it easy to get into vacation-mode! Location is excellent for beach and boardwalk access. We can't wait to return!

We were so impressed with the level of care provided by the host. We needed a power strip for my young daughters baby monitor, humidifier, and noise machine for her bedroom. They got one special for us and brought it in time for bedtime. Everything was perfect and the place was spotless. Highly recommend.

The neighborhood has many long term residents that take pride in their homes. Living by the beach brings special serenity to all those that are lucky enough to be there.

What makes this property unique

Our house is clean and comfy and walkable or bikeable to all Belmar main attractions. Or hop on the train and travel to other shore towns along the coast such as Asbury, Bradley Beach, Spring Lake. Or take the kids to the amusements in Pt Pleasant Beach. It’s a nice 15 minute train ride.
