About this property

Direct Waterfront Property

No Parties Allowed. All rental agreements must be filled out and return
at time of booking.
Only people on rental agreement allowed. Renter's cars will need to be registered with LPCA and a parking passes will be assigned.
We respect our neighbors and community and ask you to be always polite and respectful.
Master bedroom has king bed with French doors with ocean view, walk in closet and ensuite bath with walk in shower. 2nd bedroom has queen bed, also, with French doors with ocean view. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs hall bath has a walk in glass enclosed shower. Every bedroom has its own AC/heating unit.

The first floor consists of a beautiful kitchen with a 9 x 5 island with counter stools, a wet bar with a beverage/wine under counter stocked refrigerator, electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave, French door refrigerator and coffee center. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and a 55" flat screen tv. Wi-Fi and direct tv is included. There is a washer and dryer unit in the pantry off of the kitchen . There is also a full bathroom with a walk in shower on this floor. Security system. The Trex Deck extends the length of the back and one side of the house. The deck has a patio set and a barbeque.

The house is located on Latimer Point overlooking Fisher's Island on .25 acres and there is parking for 4 cars. Step down to the water for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding. The house is in an association that has a park with horseshoeing and a play ground adjacent to one of two beaches which is great for children. Grocery store is a mile away. Plenty of restaurants, diners and seaside dinning close by.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Short Family Retreat

Beautiful water view

We had a wonderful time at this waterfront property in Stonington. Beautiful views of the sound from the living room, deck and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Very nice kitchen with a ton of dishes/glasses/utensils/pans, etc. Living room was nice for relaxing and watching a movie - dining room was very large where we could play a board game and still have room at the other end for eating. Nice quiet location just a short drive from Mystic and Stonington - lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Amazing home!

This was our first time visiting Connecticut so we were unsure what to expect with waterfront properties there and I have to say we were absolutely taken aback by the serenity and beauty. The home is absolutely gorgeous, easily accessible and very, very clean. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are already discussing a return trip to explore more of the area since we were on a pretty rigid schedule due to the purpose of our visit. Thank you Elizabeth for being such a wonderful host!

Beautiful House with Amazing Views

Loved this house! Looked brand new! I highly recommend. Six life long friends celebrated two 50th birthdays with a girls long weekend. The decor was a stylish beach theme, the house was right on the water and had amazing views. It was equipped with everything you would need. I enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The town was very quaint with a lot of charm.

Perfect location and beautiful home

Description is spot on! Absolutely gorgeous home on the water, tucked away in a secluded, private enclave of beachside homes. Owner was very attentive to detail! Very clean, very comfortable and very aesthetically pleasing to the eye! You will mot be disappointed! There is so much to do if you want (Mystic, Foxwoods & Rhode Island) or, just relax on the beach. Elizabeth was truly a pleasure to deal with and was very efficient getting back to me with my many questions. Thank you for being so wonderful to deal with. Can’t wait to come back!

Heavenly view all day long

The beach house was a lovely space. The area was quiet and peaceful. We had a house in westerly for 15 years so it was great visiting old and new places. Some went under during the pandemic, new ones appeared! Love this area of the country.

This is our second stay in this house. That should tell you something right there. Beautiful home, with amazing views and all of the amenities. Very quaint, quiet neighborhood with lots to do in the area. The owner responded back to me immediately with any questions that I had. You can’t go wrong with this house.

Stay Away

The house may be lovely but the owner is not. We had an issue with a broken blind in the master bedroom. I told Elizabeth I had insurance but she did not wait for the process and charged my visa $600.00 right away. Be aware there is are a lot of expensive surfaces in this house and a very nasty owner. Guests are warned not to get olive oil or wine on the large marble island but may not understand she will quickly charge your visa upwards of $4000.00 to replace it if you do. It's not worth it. Stay somewhere else!!

Beautiful home in an amazing community

We loved our trip to this home. We love the little community that it is located in. We spent our days at the beach right down the street. The house was very cleaned and very well maintained. The view which could be seen from almost anywhere in the house was amazing. The house is less than 10 minutes from downtown mystic. We would definitely go back
