A real Florida Beach theme condo. Everything is light and bright, wonderful sunlight all day. Completely renovated top to bottom with new furniture. King size bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in second bedroom. New glass shower doors in master, large walk in closet. Bathtub in second bathroom, very spacious and comfortable. Condo is located close to a canal with dock for fishing or boating. There are two pools in condo complex, wonderful southwest exposure, natural palm and southern pine preserve. Three miles to downtown Naples, Tin City, four miles to beautiful white sand beach. Shopping, restaurants are all a bike ride away. Safe for walks at night, beautiful prestige area. We had a great stay in this condo, nicely furnished and very clean, well equipped with everything you possibly need. The complex was quiet et relaxing , very pleasant pools and close to everything like beaches, 5 th Avenue, restaurants, shoppings. We look forward to going back !

Excellent place

This was a great place to stay while visiting Naples. Although I prefer to be closer to the beach, this wasn’t too far from the water. Easy check in and place was clean. I appreciated them calling to make sure all went well and if we had any questions. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to the Naples area. Highly recommend!

Perfect Condo in Naples

This condo was perfect for our stay in Naples. The condo is ideally located, about 2 miles from historic 5th Ave and 3 miles from Naples pier and beach. The condo wss very clean, uncluttered ( empty dresser drawers and closets) with updated surroundings and appliances. There is one very large heated pool and one smaller pool which were never really busy. The owners were very quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this condo for your stay in Naples.

Ideal location for us. Able to bike ride into town. Pool very nice. Friendly people to chat with. Unit tastefully furnished. Bed comfortable. Weather fantastic. We’d stayed at this unit previously so we were familiar with the condo complex and area.

First time

This is the first time we rented a condo. Everything was great until we asked the owners for the key to the mailbox. They told us it was a private mailbox. They didn’t put it in the the listing that the mailbox was available. They told me I was rude and a bully for asking to use the mailbox. Finally, after telling them to check with their lawyer about mailbox ,they said okay. We had go out and buy towels,washcloths,and a pizza pan. If you plan on using the oven,only one pan to use. Not many towels or washcloths. Now for the positive things about the place. Great location. Fantastic people that own and rent here. Two nice swimming pools and gas grills are kept clean and available to everybody. We our coming back to Naples next year just not renting from these people.

Great location in Naples

The location was very convenient to everything in the Naples Area. You definitely need a car if you plan on going places like Marco Island, Sanibel, Ft. Myers beach or a trip to the keys. Just a few miles from I-75. Grocery, shopping, restaurants, beaches are all easy to get to. Even though the area is busy, the condo complex sits back from 41 and is in a very quiet and safe area. I would not recommend it for a family with young children. There are a lot of people that actually live there and many are retired. The condo was exactly as pictured and has been remodeled as stated. The owners were very responsive, even though they lived in Canada, were still so easy to communicate with. The only problem we had was the air conditioner was not working when we arrived. One call to Cary and it was fixed in a couple of days. This was right before Christmas and companies are busy, but they came as scheduled. Overall, everything was great and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Yvonne and Cary.

Do not stay there. Cleaning service is dishonest.

Rented for parents who came to visit. Everything is great except for cleaning service. Check-in is at 4pm. Was still cleaning at 5:30pm. Came to help elderly parents unpack. Cleaning service reported to owner that 2 couples lived in the unit. This is untrue as we have our own house in Naples. After checking out, cleaning service claims that the unit was filthy, that they spent 10 hrs cleaning and that the living room rug was ruined. We helped parents move out and living room rug was in the same condition than at the time of move-in. It looks to us that the cleaning service is trying to make extra money as the owners are in Canada and cannot check on things by themselves. Called the owner to try to understand what was going on but she did not want to discuss. As a result, do not stay there to save yourself the trouble of dealing with a dishonest cleaning service.

Best Vrbo experience

We have stayed in many Vrbo’s and this was the best. Immaculently clean, comfortable and bright. Fantastic location and very quiet complex. The association asks for a lot of paperwork but you see why when you arrive. The complex is excellently maintained The grounds are new and beautifully landscaped. We loved sitting on the screened in lanai Owners were great at communicating. Definitely recommend a stay here.

What a great apartment . Clean and fresh and well equipped , with everything we needed for our 8 week stay . Lovely , well maintained complex , very convenient for downtown , restaurants , the pier and beaches . Owners were very friendly and quickly responsive to the minor problem we had . Definitely be going back .

This condo and it's location is a true gem. Beautifully situated on a canal, wonderfully friendly people and a true southern atmosphere. Two pools nestled in a nature preserve of southern pines and palms awaited you. A club house with grill area in the pool area is the prefect setting for your outdoor dinner. Walk, bike to famous Tin City with Pincher's famous Crap House on the canal, shops, restaurants, boat rentals all within a short distance away. Downtown Naples, three miles away, with all its shops, boutiques and the beach right there. Who could ask for anything more. Don't forget your fishing rod, we have a dock waiting for you, and the fishing is great. What a place, you will simply love all of it. Can't wait for you to experience this gem.
