About this property

2 Bedroom condo in lovely quiet Naples location close to beach and shops

Spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom first floor condo with large western facing screened lanai. The condo is part of a quiet, charming 10 unit complex which is a very friendly and welcoming community. The outside grounds including the pool area is beautifully maintained. A large supermarket is within a 5 minute walk, and the fantastic Coastland shopping mall including a Macy's is also within walking distance.
Facilities include wifi, cable tv, a stereo, a utility room containing a washing machine,/tumble dryer and a car parking space. The main bedroom contains a king bed, an en suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds.
Wheelchair Friendly.
Just one thing to note, we store our bicycles in the walk in closet in the guest bedroom therefore the closet cannot be used fully by guests. However there is a large walk in closet in the master bedroom and plenty of other storage space in the property.

quiet retreat

The location while near everything was quiet and peaceful.. Neighbors were friendly. Property was roomy and comfortable. Easy access to the beach was a bonus. Karen is a very gracious host.

Great location! One mile from beach. Easy walk to Publix grocery store. Very walkable neighborhood. Great communication with owners. Unheated pool but was very clean and well maintained. Apartment very comfortable.

This property has everything to make for an enjoyable vacation.

The owner has provided all the little things. Usually there are things that we wish a property, but this one has everything. Excess everything--towels, dishes, cookware, beach chairs, beach umbrella, internet, and a beach parking pass to mention a few. Thank you Karen for being a great host.

Great Location

Close to all the vacation needs, like restaurants, grocery store, attractions. One mile from public gulf beach. Quiet location, only a few rentals in this residential neighborhood. The pool is well maintained but it is not heated. Water temp during our January stay was average of low 60's. Property was built in 1978 and could use a few updates, but everything was functional.

Paradise!

We had the best month at Karen’s condo. Karen and Neil were incredibly responsive and easy to work with when we had a plumbing issue the first day… which was resolved shortly thereafter! Our only disappointment is that we cannot book for next year as the condo is already rented. Fabulous neighbors and neighborhood; conveniently located; great hosts!! Thanks, Karen and Neil

Karen excellent host. When you stay here, it is close to everything. Beaches, 5th ave, 3rd st, Mercato, grocery stores The pool is nice and the neighbors are great.

Perfect location!

Very quiet complex with about 10 units. The pool was but 15 feet away! Had a couple issues getting the cable/internet working-but was ironed out quickly. Loved the location--close to Naples' center, a short drive to the beach. We appreciated that it was a ground level unit (as my husband has trouble with steps). All of the basics for a nice vacation at a reasonable price!

relaxing, yet close to everything

We enjoyed Karen and Neils' hospitality greatly. Place was outfitted with everything one would need for a month. I would suggest a spatula for the kitchen. (only complaint!?--haha) Area is fantastic with easy access to beach and all places where one might choose to go. Only fly in the ointment was that we wanted to have friends come and stay with us for a few days. The condo association charges for additional guests. We didn't know this and therefore had to uninvite our friends. Place says sleeps 4, so if one wants to have friends i suggest they be included in the lease agreement. Other than that. all was wonderful and we would stay again.

Great location. Small, approximately 10 unit, condo development. Quiet area, nice friendly folks.

Location is the key attraction of this condo. West of 41 and less than a mile to the beach, easy walk if you wanted. Resident access to Moorings Beach Park with free beach parking is a huge plus if you are a beach lover (which we are). Easy trip to 5th Ave. and 3rd St. and Venetian Village. Close to shopping and 2 minute walk to a Publix. The condo itself is spacious and well maintained. Master suite plus ample second bedroom. 2 baths and utility room with new washer/dryer. Ground floor unit so the lanai looks out at the pool. The pool looked nice and well-maintained but have to confess we never used it because we prefer the beach. Our only quibbles are minor: the beach chairs were a little spare and a beach umbrella was not provided. Kitchen could have been a little better stocked with utensils, e.g. garlic press, chopping knife, better working can opener, and a few more large sized pots and pans would be nice. Other than that this is a great rental in a great location at a very reasonable price. Also had very cordial email communications with the owner, who was very responsive and helpful.
