It couldn't be better

The house and also the owners are lovely and we had the best vacation one could imagine. The beach is beautiful and the whole region is amazing. We will definitely come back!

Logement bien agencé pour passer un séjour agréable. Il est également bien positionné pour balade en vélo, visite en général des alentours, baignade en mer, pêche a pied . La piscine est un plus.bon accueil pour notre arrivée et notre retour. Réactivité sur les échanges avec le propriétaire.

Une maison parfaite pour des vacances réussite. Elle est à taille humaine, très propre, la terrasse et l’espace extérieur sont très agréable aussi. La maison ce trouve dans une super résidence avec Piscine à 400m de la plage. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, une belle rencontre, les échanges était clair et précis. Merci pour tout.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnfläche etwas kleiner, als wir erwartet hatten aber den Fotos auf der Seite entsprechend. Die Ausstatung ist insgesamt gut, wenn auch teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gab es Missverständnisse was den Zustand zur Übergabe betraf. Hier kommunizierte der Vermieter nicht klar genug seine Erwartungen, so dass er im Nachhinein offenbar ziemlich enttäuscht war. Die abschließende Kommunikation war dann auch leider nicht mehr so professionell und angenehm wie zu Beginn unseres Verhältnisses. Das bedauerten wir sehr.

Admettons que la communication entre un(e) allemand(e) et un français ne soit pas parfaite dès lors que la langue est un obstacle, mais laisser une maison complètement en DESORDRE et SALE avec encore des reliefs du petit-déjeuner sur la table de jardin n'est pas acceptable. Aucun ménage de base n'a été fait. Effectivement, notre accueil a été sympa (petite bouteille de Muscadet au réfrigérateur) et votre famille est très agréable. Après votre départ, nos 6 heures de ménage nous ont particulièrement énervé.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que vous émettiez des réserves sur la propreté de notre maison. C'est la première fois et c'est vexant. Etant en Espagne, nous avions confié la responsabilité de nettoyer les lieux, après le départ du précédent locataire, et de vous accueillir à notre fils Charles qui en raison des difficultés qu'il rencontrait dans son travail (il est hôtelier-restaurateur), de la canicule et de nombreux arrêts de travail liés à la Covid, n'a pas dû apporter le soin que nous mettons habituellement pour laisser une maison irréprochable. Encore une fois, nous en sommes tristes et désolés.
