Beautiful duplex apartment completely renovated in 2019, located in the city center of Batz sur Mer. The beach is 200 meters away, the market square is 50 meters away and all other shops are 200 meters away. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a multi-function oven and an extractor hood. Bedroom 1 with balcony, is equipped with a double bed (160 x 190) with wardrobes and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a bunk bed (90x190) at the top and a bed (140x190). Storage is in the basement.

Photos conformes à l'appartement, idéalement situé et impeccable (piece a vivre, chambre, etc ...). La propriétaire est disponible, serviable et bienveillante. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir tout à demeure (commerces, festivités, ballades, etc...) sans avoir a prendre la voiture. Le parking et le local à vélos sont un plus, non négligeable. Hâte d'y retourner

Agréable séjour à Batz

Appartement très bien placé et tout confort, malgré un temps frisquet et le vent du Nord cette commune vaut le detour et les n ne se lasse de regarder l’océan sur les réseaux lacés diverses.. un très beau ´ séjour !

Bien situé.... Mignon duplex

J'ai beaucoup aimé la situation dans Batz... près de l église.. bord de plage... magasins.boulangerie supérette, poissonnier, pharmacie à pieds.. marché le lundi.medecin disponible puisque nous en avons eu besoin. L appartement est Propre.. la cuisine bien équipée....en revanche le frigo est vraiment trop petit ! mais Pour un court séjour ,comme nous,6 jours, ça suffit. L'escalier est Celui d'un Duplex.. Un peu étroit ET raide ! La seule chose qui m a manqué c est des toilettes en haut Au niveau des chambres.... Pour Les réveils nocturnes...c était pas facile Pour deux filles ! En revanche le système des boîtes Pour les clefs est parfait...

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est très bien situé à proximité des commerces et de la plage ( plage surveillée à 25 min à pieds). L’arrivée et le départ se fait par boîte à clé ce qui permet d’être indépendant pour les horaires. La propriétaire est très agréable.

Le logement de Patricia est au top, propre, bien agencé, avec tout le nécessaire pour juste poser ses valises. Il est très bien situé aussi bien pour aller à pieds se promener en bord de mer ou pour accéder aux petits commerces du centre mais également en voiture pour visiter les environs (Le Croisic, Guerande, La Baule, etc...) Nous avons eu des échanges très sympathiques avec Patricia. C'est un coup de cœur pour nous, nous reviendrons !

Appartement avec toutes commodités

Nous avons loué l'appartement de Patricia et de son mari. Il est très bien situé dans le centre de Batz-sur-Mer. L'endroi est calme et l'appartement est assez grand pour 4.La literie est confortable la cuisine est fonctionnel, le frigo peut être un peu petit comme c'est un top. Mais dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Une bonne adresse pour un futur séjour.

Séjour à Batz

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans la résidence de Patricia Blin Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel , agréable et cosy. Les photos du site correspondent tout à fait à l aménagement de l' appartement. Il est particulièrement bien situé dans le centre de Batz , tous les commerces sont accessibles en moins de 5 minutes .Il est tout aussi facile de rejoindre la mer et de faire de belles promenades le long de la cote . Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil, la communication est très agréable .tout est organisé pour notre arrivée. Un point important le parking pour garer la voiture Nous sommes conquis et espérons revenir très bientôt D et F
