Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, custom tile backsplash, wet bar with ice maker, New 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds, the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds and the living room has a queen sized sleeper for sleeping of 10 in beds. We have great seating on the balcony with new cushions installed March of 2024.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

We have the 3 bedroom unit next door, should you need more space.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

First Orange Beach Vacation

Loved this place- clean rooms, good amenities, rooms were nice and comfortable, great view of ocean, good location- central to stores, fishing guides. We loved it so much, we contacted the property manager to extend our stay 1 night, which was easily arranged.

Communication prior to was good. Easy to get in using code. Staff very courteous. Loved having four bathrooms! Great view. Nice furnishings. Great location. Things we thought were needed, because we had to go buy, were: extra dishwasher packets, more than one garbage bag, and more than one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom.

Wonderful stay. Very spacious. Well stocked. Amazing view of the beach. Very clean except for a little sand, but it is the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Family of 5 with 2 older children. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of space.
