* **Check-in at 4:00 PM sharp**; our property manager will provide a full walkthrough
* **All vehicles must be parked on-site** (1 garage space + 3 driveway spaces); no street parking
* **No pets allowed**
* **Chefs must be approved** from our vetted list due to past damage and equipment theft
* **Exterior security cameras** in place for safety (none face interior spaces)

## **Additional Guests & Fees**

* Rates include the first 10 guests
* Each additional guest: \$175/night
* Infants under 12 months: no charge
* Additional fees offset extreme maintenance costs and high utility expenses

* Example: Water is billed at **\$12/gallon** — our monthly bill exceeds \$10,000
