One bedroom, two twin beds or one king. Couch/bedding also available. One bath with full shower. Full kitchen and living room. Completely furnished. Rent our cabins for fishing, for glamping, or just getting away from it all. Available year round with clean, quiet electric heat. Located in a beautiful setting and the rolling hills of the Catskill mountains. Close to both towns of Deposit and Hancock, NY with restaurants and stores available.

Hi folks! My husband and I grew up in this area and have lived on the Delaware River for the past 40 years. In this new retirement venture, we have rented to people from across the United States. We are happy to meet, greet, and host you in our cabins and so proud of the comments we receive from past guests. Most promise to return!

What makes this property unique

As our guests have told us, this is so much more than a hotel room. You have your own small home for the duration of your stay, with everything you need to rest, relax and unwind whether it be on the river, at local festivals, or during camp visitation. We are so easy to get to--right off Route 17, but the minute you arrive you will see cozy cabins, lots of green space, and the occasional wildlife! We are within a mile of our rentals and are available for any questions or concerns, and yes, even directions to the nearest restaurant or family-friendly farm.
