Welcome to Bayberry Dunes! This completely remodeled beach house is located on a secluded, private beach on Western Point, Saquish. Soak up the most beautiful sunsets over Duxbury, Plymouth, Kingston, & Cape Cod Bays from one of the three decks. Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, and sunbathing right outside your front door. Bring a boat or jetski to use one of the three private moorings directly in front of the property. Ideal rental for single family, two families, or even multiple couples. Everything from linens to kayaks/beach chairs included. Just show up and make lifelong memories!

Amazing beach front home! Long walks, sunsets, surf casting, paddle boards and ocean kayaks...the perfect place to relax and enjoy an unspoiled spot on the south shore. The local families that have summered here for generations shared interesting stories of the history of Gurnet and Saquish!

A once in a lifetime experience!

A waterfront oasis off the grid with all the amenities you could wish for. If you want a private beachfront getaway this is the place to go. Steve could not have been more attentive and gracious. What a find!

Unless you are familiar with the area, it is difficult to imagine this place. Truly magical, top notch from start to finish. The owners are fabulous, literally ZERO complaints. This home is far (40ish minutes) off the beaten path, you MUST have 4 wheel drive (not all wheel drive) with good clearance to get there. It is secluded as peaceful as you can imagine. Pack everything you may need because you will not want to leave. We loved every minute there and hope to return.

Panoramic Bliss

Bayberry Dunes is a gem on a secluded sandy beach on Saquish Neck where it is nestled in between fine white sand dunes. The house has recently been renovated and has plenty of room and three levels of deck space. There is always shaded areas at different times of the day, if you need to escape the sun. The owners (Steve & Dave) are extremely responsive to any questions that may arise, and are without a doubt customer focused Right at the bottom of your steps is Cape Cod Bay where you can swim, fish, paddle board, sea kayak, etc. The views are absolutely spectacular with almost 360 degrees of water. If you looking for a unique and remote New England experience, you will not be disappointed.

This cottage is a treasure! Even though it is remote and off-the- grid it is far more luxe than the typical rustic Saquish beach shack. Top deck is perfect for watching the sun in the west. Steve is super responsive and has crafted a very special place to relax. We slept better here than we had in years!

Once in a lifetime

Grew up nearby and when looking for a place to stay on a visit back to the old hood, couldn’t believe it was possible to stay out on Saquish beach. This is an incredible home on one of the coolest beaches you’ll find. The moment I saw the home and location- I knew I needed to rent it, because it’s very likely a chance that will never come around again. The home/amenities were fantastic. A minor thing popped up and the owners were immediately on it, had the situation resolved quickly and professionally. Even with the remote nature of the property- you can trust you’re in good hands. They even know the local tow guy who would be the one to save you if you need help (which you shouldn’t with a 4 wheel drive.) Will rent again if ever so lucky.

Private relaxing oasis

Very unique, remote and beautiful

Amazing location and a great house. Very remote and relaxing. House is very comfortable with 3 decks overlooking the water, sunset. Plenty of space for families inside and out. Hosts are very responsive and will help you through any issue. You need a 4x4 for sure, and you should pack everything you need for your trip, but you won't want to leave once you are there anyway.
