Relax at our south-facing over-sized pool and Jacuzzi, which have been resurfaced in January,2022. Enjoy the beautiful sunshine while having a pool-side BBQ party with your family and friends. Fenced backyard and screened lanai to ensure your complete privacy. And the 24/7 local management support is available.
The villa has also upgraded all bedroom mattresses to Sealy Posturepedic Classic Collection in March 2014. Getting a quality night sleep is as essential as having fun during the day for vacationers, isn't it? Two King en-suites, one queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, two twin/twinXL bedded rooms with a bathroom between them. Game room equipped with air hockey, pool table, dart game and stereo. Laundry room contains washer/dryer/iron/iron board/beach towels. All towels, linens and utensils included.

Why they chose this property
It is so near to everything. After a long day in theme parks, we just want to escape from the crowd asap without hitting any traffic jam on the road. This is the perfect spot for us-- a quiet oasis with easy access to everything, restaurants, supermarket, Target, Walgreen,etc. Relax in the hot spa, enjoy our family time in the spacy lounge, take a quality sleep on the cushion firm Posturepedic mattress, we are so ready in the morning for another theme park fun day!

Best location: one of the closest subdivision to Disney. Quiet oasis with easy access to everything. South facing pool&spa for extra sunshine. Covered lanai for a rainy day. Extra seats in open lounge area for big family.
