Why they chose this property

Espeletenia is a family home. The estate also includes a vast wooded area which we passionately maintain and cherish. Two farming families lived here until the 1980s, which is why there are two houses. We have just completed three years of renovation work. We occupy one of the houses and rent out the second one in order to share the estate and show its value.
