La casa reune todas las condiciones explicadas en su pagina y mas. El propietario muy amable atento a facilitar nuestra estancia. Hay muchas peliculas de DVD pero parece que alguien "distraido" se llevo el lector. Gracias.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison idéalement située dans un quartier très calme d'Ascain avec un jardin très bien entretenu. Malgré une météo changeante, nous avons pu profiter de la vaste terrasse abritée avec une grande table où à 9 adultes nous avons pu déjeuner sans problème. Les chambres sont grandes et toutes sauf une avec une salle de bain particulière. La description sur le site Abritel est conforme à la réalité et Julio notre hôte était présent pour nous accueillir très agréablement. En conclusion, une location à recommander.

Grande maison proche des lieux à visiter, située dans un environnement calme.Nous étions 3 couples à moto pour un trip dans le pays basque. Le vaste sous-sol permet de mettre les machines à l'abri et la maison permet à chaque couple d'avoir son intimité.Bien équipée nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Séjour pour un mariage

Séjour trop court hélas car réservation faite pour un mariage à Ascain. Nous avons cependant apprécié la maison, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Située dans un quartier calme au cadre agréable. Ascain est un joli village offrant la possibilité de belles promenades et randonnées dans ce beau Pays-Basque.

Très beau séjour en famille

Séjour exceptionnel pour des retrouvailles en familles. Le lieu est idéal pour séjourner trèsnombreux, la maison est bien plus grande que le rendu des photos. Elle est bien desservie avec SDB et toilettes independants pour casiment chacune des chambres. Très bien équipée et isolée pour l’hiver. Vraiment à 15 min de la plage de Saint Jean de Luz. Au calme. Nous recommandons ! Le propriétaire est disponible et très gentil. Merci beaucoup!

Logement parfait pour un séjour entre amis et bon emplacement.

Malgré une météo moyenne, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Bon accueil de Julio. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse extérieure. Bonne situation de la maison avec pléin de sites à voir à proximité dans un rayon de moins de 30 kms. Petite suggestion : un 2ème frigo ne serait pas de trop pour un groupe de 12 personnes.
