Ideal with family or friends.

House with heated (8 m x 4 m - depth: 1.5 m) and secure swimming pool: equipped with an automatic security shutter resistant to 100 kg for a peaceful holiday.

By the pool: Terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, sunbathing.

3 bedroom bungalow for 6 people. 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed (recent bedding), 2 baby beds, living and dining room overlooking the garden and the swimming pool and open to the kitchen (equipped with American fridge / freezer with ice and fresh water distribution, induction hob, extractor, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher ...), 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet. Private parking, 200 L electric water heater, washing machine, dryer.

Fantastic

We stayed in this house in July 2018. 2 adults and 4 kids. This is a great house. The living and dining area are very spacious and with direct access to the pool and garden. It is tastefully decorated and and the kitchen it very well equipped.The pool is fantastic and the garden has nice shaded areas. It is a 3 minute walk from the village which has a small coop store for all your day to day needs and a lovely market in July and August with fresh fish and veg daily and a butchers on a Friday. There is also two good restaurants in the village. The beach is a bit of a treck on foot if you have kids but only about 10 mins in the car. The owner Philippe was very helpful . We would highly recommend this property.

On y a séjourné la dernière semaine d'août. A l'arrivée, on nous a accueilli avec un sourire. Une fois la visite effectuée, on avait juste a ranger nos affaires et profiter des extérieurs. Si vous voulez manger du poisson frais, n'hésitez pas à demander. Le propriétaire se fera un plaisir pour vous donner des coordonnées. Quelques commerces peuvent s'effectuer à pieds mais pour aller à la plage ou visiter l'île il faut une voiture ou des vélos. La maison, le secteur,... Tout est fait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous y retournerons. c'est certain !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Oléron. La maison est très bien équipée et agencée, la piscine chauffée grande et très agréable, de la place dans le jardin à l'ombre pour se reposer. Endroit très calme et bien situé sur l'ile à proximité de belles plages de sables. Nous reviendrons!

L 'acceuil des propriétaires au top . La maison est plus que magnifique, tres très bien entretenue, très prope, et super bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Le jardin est splendide et la piscine un bonheur. Nous avons passées 1 semaine au top .
