OCEANFRONT. Our end unit 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is in Building C, unit 227 with direct views of ocean and pool. 250 yards to the beach. Sleeps 4-6 with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa and 2 bunks for children. Unit is on marsh side affording a quieter unit and view of the ocean and marsh. WEEKLY RENTALS 10% DISCOUNT. 3 HD flat screen TVs. (Living room, bedroom, balcony) WIFI, hairdryer and all linens and towels provided (beach towels are not provided). Fully stocked kitchen. KUREG and coffee maker. 3-night required summer rentals. SNOWBIRDS-WINTER MONTHS NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY $1600 monthly rental (plus cleaning fee, tax, VRBO fees). Complimentary one parking pass. Ten tennis courts with pro shop, pickle ball courts, oceanfront pool with bar/grille and deck seating, bike rental on property, children's playground, pay per use washers/dryers and other wonderful amenities. Beach chairs (4), beach toys, and boogie boards provided for our guests.

Our family had a great summer ending getaway to Hilton Head over Labor Day Weekend. Susan was an excellent communicator and great host. We enjoyed the ocean view and close proximity to the beach and pool. We enjoyed the complex as there are a couple dining options which helped us maximize our beach and pool time!!

We've stayed at this condo twice before because it is so convenient to the pool and beach. Has everything you need for a great stay and the host is FABULOUS. She was very communicative and pleasant to deal with. 100% recommend!

What an amazing location - you can see the ocean from the balcony and the big pool is just down the stairs and a very short walk through the parking lot. There's even a restaurant (Jamaica Joez) within super easy walking distance along the boardwalk path to the beach. Susan is very communicative and quick to respond and made the check in process super easy (office right by the entrance gate). Good spot for a family - our 4yo slept on the bottom bunk of the hallway bunkbeds and 9yo elected to sleep on the pullout couch while my husband and I took the queen bed. Clean bedding provided for all. A great choice for a couple or young family looking for an easy and relaxing beach trip.

This corner condo was exceptional with views of local vegetation and the ocean. The very short walk to the pool and beach made it convenient for my family of 4! We saw so much unexpected wildlife just from the condo and our daily walks. The kids loved their bunk beds and the furniture was nice. I would have liked to have a dishwasher available in our condo and additional seating on the balcony was needed. I would highly recommend this condo and Hilton Head Island to anyone!

Best View Best Access Best Host

It was a busy time for check-in, then all of a sudden our anxiety had vanished… We had found our home away from home. This is one of the finest properties on the island and the host is honestly great. We are so thankful for Susan providing everything needed to relax and connect

Quaint Condo on the Beach

My wife and I visited Hilton Head last week and stayed at Susan's property for the second time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Susan has been amazingly easy work with during each stay, and as far as I am concerned, the location is hard to beat. We will look at staying there again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

Great location and condo!

Great place for our first visit to HHI for the 2 of us. Comfortable condo with everything we needed. Morning coffee on the balcony and watched the sun and wildlife visitors. Walk to beach and quick drive to good restaurants. Host quickly answered any questions. Would visit again.
