We loved staying at this house! Perfect for our family vacation - lovely, kid friendly neighborhood, a 10 min walk to some of the best beaches in Brewster (Mant's Landing and Paine's Creek), a quick drive all of Brewster's great stores and restaurants, and a clean, comfortable house. We'd definitely to stay here again!

Such a beautiful house and location in Brewster. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children and fit perfectly in this house. Garage was stocked with beach toys, bikes and a ping pong table. Only a few minutes from two beaches (Saint's Landing & Mants Landing) and located in a lovely neighborhood. It was quite hot and humid during our stay in The Cape - the home has air conditioning which was essential to a pleasant stay. Jennifer was a wonderful hostess and we would recommend this house to other Brewster-bound travelers.

Just completed a wonderful stay at this beautiful Brewster property. With 4 spacious bedrooms there was plenty of room for our family get together. The house was warm and cozy during a very cold and snowy visit. It would be a great location for a summer stay as well, being close to all that the Brewster area has to offer. Looking forward to a return stay, hopefully in warmer weather!

A pleasant stay at a great home situated close to Brewster Bay beaches. Located in a great neighborhood, convenient to the center of town and establishments like restaurants and stores. House was very clean and large enough for everyone to spread out. Looking forward to our next stay!

Family vacation

We had the best stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house had everything you could need and was in the cutest, quietest little neighborhood. We really enjoyed our walks to the beach in the morning! The beds were also so comfortable and the house was plenty big for the 11 of us. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

A perfect Cape getaway!

We loved the location and overall space this rental provided. It was a perfect setting for our group to relax, enjoy the local beach, and easy distance to the Brewster downtown area. The bikes and beach gear was a special bonus to enjoy the scenery. Loved it, and a great size spot for 7 adults.

Idyllic vacation setting

We loved our stay. The house is a close walk to several Brewster beaches. My family made use of the bikes and the kayaks. Everything was clean, tidy, and perfectly set up upon our arrival. We hope to visit again!

Great location and wonderful yard!

We’ve rented in this neighborhood for nearly 40 years in this house is certainly a gem. Amazing outdoor space, great layout in the house and perfect location! Easy check in and check out and felt right at home!

Fantastic home in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. We went down to the beach before golf and splashed around. The house was clean and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, although we played golf and went out to dinner each night so we never really cooked at home. Thanks again and I would definitely consider this home again.

Perfect Setting

We very much enjoyed our multi-generation vacation at this home. The easy access to the beach, dining and activities made it a great spot for keeping different ages happy. The house was clean, comfortable with a lovely space for kids to play and outdoor dining. Hope to return!

The house was perfect for the seven of us in my family, five adults with two partners. Comfortable and immaculate space with appreciated extras such as beach chairs, bikes and kayaks. Nice walk to the beach and close to other cape favorites such as Nickerson and bike trail. Communication with host was excellent.

Wonderful!

This home is by far the nicest VRBO that we have ever rented! Beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Short walk/bike ride to a nice beach. The owners have thought of everything….comfortable furniture and beds, well equipped kitchen, gas grill, bikes and beach toys…anything you could need for a fabulous vacation.
