Chalet 6 bedrooms Combloux / Megeve in the heart of Mont Blanc area

Nestled at an altitude of 1000 meters in the heart of the village of the family resort of Combloux, our chalet "ISBA" is ideal for accommodating several families with children or groups of friends. Park your car for the week and you will reach the snow fields, slopes and ski school in a few minutes by a free shuttle a few steps from the chalet.
Our chalet is of recent construction, all in wood, it is warm and nicely decorated in a typical Haute-Savoie style. The part we rent is an independent semi-chalet of 160 m2, very well insulated, which will ensure peace and comfort throughout your stay.
Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac 1 minute walk from the heart of the family resort of COMBLOUX, 4 km from Megève and 25 km from Chamonix, ISBA can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
It includes a large living room, 6 bedrooms including 2 suites and 2 attic bedrooms each with 2 160 cm beds as well as a lounge for Juniors. It includes a bathroom with bathtub, 3 shower rooms and 3 separate toilets. All rooms are furnished with the cozy comfort of individually adjustable underfloor heating and all bathrooms are equipped with towel warmers.
The welcome is personalized, the beds can be prepared on your request for your arrival, towels and sheets are provided, a thorough cleaning will be carried out before your arrival. Other options are possible on request: baby equipment, babysitting, daily cleaning, taxi...
After a good day of skiing, you can also relax by the fireplace and in the sauna. The chalet is equipped with wifi, a television in the living room and the junior lounge and many board games for children and adults.
You can leave your vehicles in the 4 private car parks of the chalet and will be able to access the slopes in a few minutes by the shuttles connecting Combloux, Megève, and Saint Gervais.
Our chalet also has 2 balconies where you can admire from the rooms on one side a magnificent view of Mont Blanc and on the other the Aravis massif and 2 terraces equipped with a barbecue where you can have lunch in peace during the summer. .

Le logement est conforme à la description : il est idéalement situé dans la station et très simple à trouver. La navette permettant d’accéder au domaine skiable se trouve à seulement 5min à pied, ce qui est particulièrement pratique.Côté équipements, tout le nécessaire est présent et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Seul point négatif : la baignoire balnéo annoncée qui n’en est pas une. De plus, aucun bouchon n’était disponible pour pouvoir prendre un bain, ce qui est regrettable lorsqu’on choisit un logement équipé d’une baignoire sans pouvoir l’utiliser.Enfin, la propreté générale du logement laisse à désirer. Hormis les toilettes et le linge de lit qui étaient propres, nous avons dû repasser l’aspirateur et nettoyer le sol à notre arrivée, sans compter la présence de plusieurs toiles d’araignée.

Nous etions un groupe de 11 personnes, le chalet possede beaucoup d'espaces et est tres bien aménagé. Tout est a disposition : les draps, les serviettes, les tapis de bain, les appareils a raclette. Nous sommes a cote de la navette gratuite qui emmene au domaine skiable de combloux en 10 minutes. Le chalet est proche du centre du village (tabac,locations materiel, restaurants,..).

Je recommande chaudement. Très chouette station et chalet super bien situé. Les chambres sont jolies et confortables, les sanitaires impeccables. Pas de canapé lit disponible contrairement à ce qui était mis dans l'annonce.

Super séjour entre amis. Le chalet est sur 3 niveaux et très propre. La literie est excellente. Aucun bruit la nuit. La navette pour les pistes est à 2 minutes. Le local à ski est super pratique. Bref un chalet idéal pour plusieurs familles. Seul bémol mais vraiment pas gênant le manque de pression dans les douches du haut quand plusieurs personnes se lavent en même temps. En résumé un super chalet !!

Très beau chalet agréable à vivre, bien équipé. proche des commerces et des activités du village. Navette gratuite emmenant aux remontées mécaniques à 100m. Chambres agréables mais un peu petites (peu de rangement). Salle de séjour très confortable et de taille suffisante pour 12 personnes. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et la location est bien organisée. Le chalet est propre et bien entretenu. Une valeur sure que je conseille.

Homely Savoie Chalet

Lovely property with ample parking for 3/4 cars, lots of space to store equipment and enter through the garage rather than messing up the floors in the house after a day on the slopes. Used the sauna a couple of times which helped with tired limbs. The hall way has a handy cloak room space and storage for coats and boots. The house was toasty warm the whole time with the added bonus of an open fire., The chalet is just a few hundred yards from the ski bus stop and the village. Plenty of pots and pans and whilst the kitchen is small it is ample for cooking meals. The open plan kitchen, dining lounge area makes for a very social experience. The owner was attentive and checked we were happy with everything. Since we were staying a few weeks we were grateful to use the washing machine and laundry space. Having a toilet and shower on each of the three floors helps us manage busy shower times and we never ran out of hot water even after 6 or 7 showers in a row. I was very sad to leave and will be happy to visit Combloux and Chalet L'isba next year

Chalet très agréable à vivre

Le chalet était à la hauteur du descriptif, très agréable à vivre et bien équipé. Chambres confortable et calmes, avec un séjour spacieux parfait pour une vie en famille. La proximité des commerces et des navettes nous a bien facilité la vie.
