Friendly and relaxing, the house has 120m² of surface area, 4 suites each with its own bathroom, and a cabin bed area, allowing everyone to have their own living space. Each of the bedrooms overlooks the swimming pool (9mx4m).<br><br>The space:<br>Remember (northernmost beach of Mimizan): This is the most spacious room (22m²) with a 180 cm bed and a shower room and toilet (8m²)<br>- Les Ailes (beach north of Mimizan): Equipped with a 160 cm double bed, shower room and toilet (19m²)<br>- La Garluche (central beach to the north of the resort): Room equipped with a double bed. <br>160, shower room and toilet (19m²)<br>- Le Sud (family beach south of the Mimizan current): Family room (28m²) with two spaces separated by a pocket door in which 4 people can sleep with two cabin beds. Its bed/cabin area is a delight for children and parents.<br><br>Outside:<br>Garden and swimming pool 9m x 4m, solar shower, parking.<br>Heated swimming pool in operation from June to the end of September<br>Sunbeds, garden furniture, table and chairs.<br><br>Note: during the summer season (July/August) a minimum occupancy of 7 days is required.
