VIEWS! Texas Hill Country - Bella Vista

Escape to our private hill town and take in the fantastic views of the Texas Hill Country. You will enjoy a 270 degree view of the hill country! The privacy and views are sure to amaze you.

Sit on your private 40ft wide balcony with your morning coffee and see for miles!

The serenity and privacy are unmatched.

This Villa is for Ages 14+ : due to it being an upstairs unit and steep areas on property. We have other units available for families with children.

At sunset, walk to the center of the property, sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine or bubbly in our comfortable Adirondack chairs.

Bella Vista has one bedroom and one bathroom and is 810 sq ft. There is a sofa sleeper.

The villa sits between our Home and our Guest Barn, but is not as close as homes in a subdivision. You have absolute privacy but are not completely alone in the woods. This type of vacation is for those who want the most amazing view and privacy but don’t mind sharing the circle driveway, grill, firepit and swimming pool.

With three buildings on a private hill, we call this Our Hill Town. We loved visiting some of the beautiful hill towns of Italy and we feel as if we have discovered our own here in Dripping Springs.

We are surrounded by wineries, wedding venues, distilleries and breweries.

Bella Vista is on the second floor. There are exterior steps. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the living room has a sofa sleeper. The tv in the living room has an added blueray/dvd player with various movies to watch. This unit is warm and inviting.

Washer and Dryer, Full kitchen and a large Balcony.

All linens provided. All linens, including Duvet covers on beds are washed after every guest.

Minutes away from Camp Lucy, The Creek Haus, Bell Springs Winery, Hawks Shadow Winery, Graveyard Vineyards tasting room and Texas Hill Country Olive Company.

The driveway is paved and is .8 miles long. Enjoy a daily stroll down and back to the gate, or venture out into the 21 acres of woods. We have a 2.75 mile loop that is perfect for a 50 min. hike

Large Swimming pool with loungers are behind the main house. The grill is available in that same area and so are tables to dine pool-side. Use at your leisure. The pool is located an easy 72 steps away from the Villa.

Coffee, cream and sugar are included in the villa.

Relaxing, Peaceful, full of Nature

Please note that this is a private Hill Top Residence and we work hard to keep our property quiet and peaceful for all guests. . Please do not give out our gate code and/or invite any additional unapproved guests to our property.

Also, guests must be 14 years old or older to stay in Bella Vista.

The loveliest stay with the greatest view & the friendliest hosts! Serene location on a hilltop in the midst of nature. Beautifully decorated apt with welcoming coffees, waters, snacks, a little bottle of wine provided! Can't recommend enough..y'all stay here!

My wife and I just returned from our first weekend getaway in the hill country and we are happy we chose Bella Vista at Our Town Hill. The room is comfortable, well appointed, and like staying at someones comfortable home. It was a great location for day jaunts to multiple places of interest and a welcome place to return every evening to relax and unwind. We will definitely return!

Hill Country at its Best

Charming condo in a beautiful hilltop setting. Owner makes you feel like a treasured guest. Enjoyed the quiet, wildlife, sun and the gorgeous pool set into the hilltop. Condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Was great to leave the world behind for a few days.

Top of the Hill Country Views

Beautiful location for a 360 view of the Texas Hill Country. The accommodations were just fabulous with access to a very nice swimming pool. 3 nights were not enough. We'll be back.

Perfect Getaway

Cindy and Troy have done a beautiful job with their Hill Town villas! Not only was my rental just what I needed- a peaceful, secluded, beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated villa, but also Cindy and Troy were wonderful hosts, providing all that I needed during my stay & with such thoughtfulness. Perfect place for a Hill Country getaway!

We loved everything about our stay: the apartment was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The view from the porch is better than advertised - the sunrise was stunning and the stars were even better. Correspondence with Cindy and her family was excellent - anything we needed they were there almost instantaneously. But the best part was their kindness and enthusiasm to host us - we will be returning just to see them again!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

This is an amazing property! My husband and I loved staying at Bella Vista. It was the perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway. We enjoyed an amazing view of the beautiful hill country from the private balcony and the close proximity to Pedernales State Park and wineries. The accommodations are incredibly comfortable and tastefully decorated. Cindy is a wonderful host who has given a lot of attention to detail that make this property truly deserve 5 stars! We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Didn’t want to leave!

As we drove up to the property and Villa, my jaw dropped. It is so absolutely beautiful! Not only the views are amazing, but the Villa itself. We were so comfortable and Cindy was very sweet. The proximity to Dripping Springs, Wimberly, and Pedernales Falls was great. Definitely coming back!

Relaxation and Gorgeous View

We stayed in the upper unit and the views were breathe taking. Very comfortable bed and it had everything you'll need to relax and cook. Sweet touches with snacks, beverages and a gift 🎁. Far enough from town to simply enjoy the hill country, but close enough to hike in the parks or visit one or two....of the local breweries, distilleries or wineries. We heard great things about the hosts, but unfortunately never met them on our long-weekend stay. Definitely will be back!

Hill Country view

Very nice unit. Clean, well furnished, decorated, etc. Terrific hill top view. I do not remember the online listing mentioning that it is an upstairs unit. My wife has difficulty with stairs. We might not want to return because of this.

perfect get away

Bella Vista at Sunrise Villas is perfect....This villa is beautiful inside and out. It is spacious with lovely decor. Cindy has provided everything you could need to have a quiet retreat. The kitchen has every convenience and the bed and bath are well appointed. The balcony is awesome! My husband and I watched a thunderstorm roll in on perfect spring evening and if you can catch a cloud streaked sunrise - it is glorious. This property has become a favorite get away spot...Visit downtown Wimberley, then pick up a hand tossed pizza oven pizza at the local Pizza Cave in Dripping Springs, take it back to the villa and enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely property...

Beautiful Gem in Hill Country

Part of me does not want to share this because well, then everyone will know lol! However, I honestly can’t stop talking about this place! My husband and I just came back from celebrating our 11 yr. anniversary at Bella Vista and we absolutely loved it!! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with stunning views of the Hill Country and Cindy came by to introduce herself (she is so nice!). The interior is very clean (and we are very particular on cleanliness!). Cindy was very thoughtful and meticulous on getting this unit ready for us. The pictures do no justice, it is really wonderful here!! Cindy & Troy, thank you for creating and sharing such an amazing haven!! We will definitely be returning!!

Wedding Getaway

We wanted to have a place that was just big enough for us. This place nails it. The view is amazing. just how quiet it was. We had wonderful weather and were able to leave the sliding door in the bedroom open. But we absolutely loved how free from road noise this place was. We wanted to be close to the venue for the wedding but a way from the wedding party. Waking up and sitting on the deck in the morning is a great way to start off relaxed for the day. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. The details given by them on how to get to and access the property was perfect. The host also asked if we wanted to robes. And these robes were great for a cool morning on the deck. Great place for a nice getaway for a couple or perfect for a family event. This property is fantastic.

Picturesque Getaway!

Our stay at this property (Bella Vista Sunrise Villa) was nothing short of amazing!! We were looking for a tranquil, relaxing escape from work and this was just what the doctor ordered. The home was impeccably clean (pool and shared property areas were also) and beautifully well-appointed – with every convenience we could think of. The full kitchen had everything we could ever need for cooking a meal at home, there were cozy hotel-style bathrobes, and the convenience of having a washer/dryer while on vacation was an enormous bonus (didn't have to come home to a bag of laundry to do!). The check-in process was seamless, and the online listing was very accurate – in fact, the property was even better than described when we saw it in person!! Communication with Cindy, the property owner, was excellent. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect. It offered a scenic sanctuary far enough away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to enjoy the sounds of nature and the beautiful night sky and yet a quick and easy (and oh so beautiful...we saw deer galore!) trip to HEB and nearby shops and restaurants. The views of the Texas hill country are truly the BEST we've ever seen. Watching the spectacular sunrises (from bed if you want!) and the breathtaking sunsets made our stay truly magical. Overall, this property provided a picturesque getaway that we would highly recommend. We can't wait to return soon!

This was our first stay here but we will for sure be back! The rooms are more spacious than the pictures give credit for, and the view…. Yeah… the views are spectacular! Was a great relaxing weekend for me and my wife.

Perfect getaway spot!

The property is quiet, clean, and has stunning views from the large back deck! The inside is really well laid out and makes great use of the space. We had everything we needed! The location is a little ways off of 290 but not too far - just the right distance to feel secluded but still within reasonable distance to amenities. Communication from the host was excellent - we were given specific instructions on how to find the house and check ourselves in. Watching the sunrise from the back deck was definitely the highlight. Would absolutely recommend for a nice weekend getaway!

Great place to stay.

On the top of the hill. Seems like it’s really out-of-the-way, but it’s not. Once you get used to the turnoffs it only takes about 5 minutes from the freeway. Everything was super clean the views from the balcony were great you can warch the sun rise and sun set. Quiet and isolated. Cindy was great! Had treats and drinks in frig for us. This really helps before you get to the store. Gift of their honey too! Just be aware…. The stairs are steep for carrying luggage

Couple Getaway

This property was amazing! The views are everything and the pool is an added bonus to soak in the views. The property is a nice location away from town, but not too far away for when you want to go grab a bite, hit up a winery, distillery or brewery. We would stay here over and over again.

Excellent Choice

Sunrise Villas provided my husband, daughter and I a very relaxing and beautiful experience. 1st the views: STUNNING & MASSIVE!!! The villa was totally updated, very clean and comfortable. The amenities were wonderful!! And Yes, The pool is so beautiful and peaceful. The host, Cindy, was super thoughtful providing us with Lots of goodies, including a delight of HONEY from their 16 beehives!!! We have stayed in the Hill Country several times at various types of locales, SUNRISE Villas, our new Absolute FAVORITE!! One of my fb folks saw my photos and posts and inquired of me How to book? We can't wait to go again🌈

We are Cindy and Troy. Our Hill Town feels like it's away from the city but we're merely a 15 minute drive to Dripping Springs Central, and the HEB grocery store.

We love being hosts. It gives us an opportunity to share this amazing view and property with others.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is quiet and serene. When you are here at Our Hill Town, you will feel as if you are a hundred miles away from civilization. However, you will only be 8 miles from the grocery store and even closer than that to local wineries.
We love that the neighborhood is quiet and private, yet close to town.

What makes this property unique

When we drove up to the property, the views took our breath away. When you come over the ridge of the driveway, the whole area opens up and you see Our Hill Town and the vast views around.

We love Italy and their hill towns. Now we feel as if we have a hill town of our own and call this private hill top: Our Hill Town.
