Condo with beach views just steps from the sand!

Our second-floor condo has everything a family or small group could need for a weeklong getaway. Featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom, the open floor plan includes a full kitchen, dining area, and a deck with relaxing ocean views.

The Beach:
Beach days are simple and easy since you’re already there! No need to pack and unpack the car or search for parking. Bathrooms and snacks are a quick trip rather than a disruptive ordeal. Too much sun or a surprise storm rolling through? Want to stay at the beach but someone in your group is done for the day? Our place offers flexibility and convenience to allow you to make the most of your time away.

Location:
Situated between Ocean Park and the Pier, our condo offers a peaceful atmosphere while being within a short walk (less than 15 minutes) or drive to nearby activities and attractions. With one off-street parking spot included, you can come and go as you please without the hassle of street parking or paid lots.

Amenities:
IMPORTANT: Similar to other rentals in the area, we require rentals to supply their own bedsheets and towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, blender), cookware, and silverware.

We have Wi-Fi and, while we do not have cable, we do provide an Amazon Firestick to access Netflix and other streaming applications.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on-site in the basement.

While our unit does not have AC, it features ceiling fans in each bedroom and the dining area, supplemented by additional box fans we provide. The many windows and slider door to our deck ensure a generous cross breeze, especially in the evenings. (While previous guests have generally found our space comfortable, we understand that individual preferences vary and suggest bringing an additional personal fan if desired.)

This is our 9th year staying here (family of 4) and it never disappoints. You can't beat the location-steps to the beach and walking distance to the pier. Plus, there is Tami Lyn's at the top of the street for delicious food and small grocery items. The condo is spacious and has fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is an added bonus. It's great to have coffee in the morning or relax and listen to the ocean in the evening. We can't wait for next year!

Can’t get any closer to the beach!

We loved waking up to the ocean every morning! We were a little worried that the condo didn’t have A/C, but with fans in the bedroom and leaving the windows open we slept just fine!

Location Location Location!

Already booked for next year. So close to the beach. Late nights on the deck listening to the waves crash. Modern kitchen stocked with everything you need. Not having air conditioning never bothered us. The breeze coming in from the ocean and the overhead fans where all we needed. Stayed many years in Old Orchard this was our favorite stay so far.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The appartement was clean and well situated. We enjoyed being able to eat on the balcony The weather was hot but at night, the fresh air comes in (no AC) But it wasn’t an issue for us We would come back !

Home away from home

We have been coming to this property for the last 8 years and we couldn't ask for something better. It is in a wonderful location (right one the beach and far enough away from the pier that we don't hear the noise or get bombarded with the crowds, but close enough that we can walk if we choose). We love sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings listening to the waves. The condo is clean, has everything we need and the owners are fantastic and extremely responsive if you ever need anything. We will definitely be continuing this family tradition!

Perfectly Located

Perfectly located for those looking to be away from the noise/bustle of downtown, but still close enough to walk to. Just steps from the beach, we enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to waves and seeing the ocean while having our meals. Condo was exactly as described in the listing and was pleased to arrive with no cleaning from us needed. Supplied with everything we needed. Some pans need replacing and would like to see a little more kitchen supply inventory. The dishwasher, even after fully rinsing off dishes, didn’t seem to clean very well. Other than those 2 things, we were very happy and will be repeat renters!

No air

I am a 73 year old woman who booked this for myself only. My sister and her family rented a house right down the street. The unit is very nice. However, when I got notified a few days before my departure to remember to bring my towels and linens I was very surprised and disappointed Traveling on two flights from Florida to get there and then an hour drive I had to haul another luggage because of this. I went back to your website and there was no mention of having to bring towels and sheets, and in fact it talked about how they would be cleaned in hot sanitized water so you need to update your site on that Second there was also no mention that the unit is not air-conditioned while I had another house to go down to. This is unacceptable when it’s 95° out. And finally I did not find anywhere on your website information about having to walk up to three flights of stairs once again, previous knee surgery made this very, very difficult , and in fact, if I had seen that on your webpage, I would not have booked but I imagine you know that

Our Favorite Place

We (Myself, husband and 2 kids) have stayed here for years and the excitement of pulling down Pearl Ave. never gets old. The location couldn't be better (500 ft. to the beach, short walk to the pier, Tami Lynn's up the street) and on top of that, the condo is beautiful and the owners are very responsive. We can't wait to go back next year.

Repeat Stay, Wonderful Property

Our 3rd year staying here. So many excellent attributes: access to the beach, proximity to the Pier & Palace Playland, cleanliness, check in/out, and many more. Renter suggestion for parking - there is free street parking for a second vehicle, our suggestion is to keep one vehicle on the street for the length of stay and only use the vehicle you're keeping in the assigned parking space in the lot.

Beachfront Bliss!

Perfect location - close enough to the action but away from the chaos of downtown OOB. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The beach is beautiful and you can hear the waves from the balcony!

A Perfect Stay

The clean, comfortable, super cute condo was perfect for our small family. We enjoyed having enough space to stretch out, the beach is SO close that we could wander back and forth at will, and the area is close enough to the action that it's an easy walk, but far enough away that we had plenty of quiet as well. It was a such a perfect stay that we weren't at all ready to leave, and look forward to returning for another perfect vacation.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! The owners are friendly and responsive. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We stayed with our two children and the location is perfect. It is in a nice quiet area directly on the beach and it is a short walk to the action of the pier. We can't wait to come back next year.

Walk to the beach

The owners are great! Very responsive and the condo was clean and as described in the listing. We would literally leave our shoes at home to go to the beach so it's great in that regard. I should of done some more research on the area before we went because it's not great and the train tracks are very close, which I didn't realize so that's totally on me.

Perfect stay for my family

EXACTLY Where You Want To Be In OOB!

Listed as "close to the beach"... it's ON the beach! (Well, technically there's a parking lot between, but still!) The condo itself was very clean - bathroom, fridge, etc, all clean. Instructions on TV (Amazon Fire Stick), keys (spare provided), trash (key), parking (one spot with pass), etc. were all very clear. I had a question about the wifi and the owner texted me back in 3 MINUTES. The location is perfect. I'm originally from southern Maine and know OOB well. This is exactly where you want to be. It's 42 steps (I counted) from door to dune. It's away from the hotel/motel madness but close enough to walk to the action (parking near the strip is expensive, especially on the weekends). My teen daughters and I walked the street to the Pier (MUST have Pier Fries, with vinegar) and then walked the beach back to the condo. The houses and condos around it are mostly seasonal families and some rentals so it's a very neighborhood atmosphere. My teen daughters hung out with the other kids around - they loved it and I felt safe about it. The beach is so close I had morning coffee there. At night, watching Netflix on the couch, if the tide was coming in the waves were so loud that we had to close the sliding door! The beach is clean and not nearly as crowded as it is closer to the Pier, but of course the weekends are busier. The beach cleaning machines come through every morning. People watching from the deck/balcony (which is bigger than it looks in the pictures) is fantastic. I cannot think of a bad thing about this condo, seriously. Not only will I come back, if a unit goes on the market I would seriously consider buying it!

We are just two sisters hoping to share our love for the beach with others. We grew up visiting OOB and have so many memories with our family there, so we hope our space is somewhere you can create your own!

Why they chose this property

The location is perfect: just in between the activity at the pier and Ocean Park, allowing for a quieter stay while still enjoying all OOB has to offer. (Our family used to rent a place just one street over, so we were thrilled to stay in the area!)

What makes this property unique

Our property is deceivingly spacious, allowing a small family or group to relax and enjoy their time here without feeling cramped. Additionally, the floors throughout are tile, meaning there are no musty carpets, and cleaning up sand after the beach is a breeze.
