Waterfront property with direct gulf access for boaters. Perfect for families and couples looking to get away anytime of the year. Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms completed in June 2023. Fully furnished with 3 bedroom; 1 king size bedroom and 2 queen size bedroom. High speed internet. Explore the many canals and open waters right on the backyard of the home with a tandem kayak which allow for 2 adults and a small young child seated comfortably. The neighborhood offers close amenities to the yacht club beach, boating, shopping, restaurants and pubs.

Take advantage of an extra 10% off when staying 28 days or more. Electricity allowance is included ($35 for weekly rental and $140 for monthly rental). Any over usage will be deducted from security deposit upon check out. Heat pump can be turned on to adjust to your comfort level of temperature, note that additional charges will be applied to electricity usage at check out (please advise if service is needed before check in so that we can turn on heat pump before the start of your stay)

Additional guest fee applies after 2 guest ($15/night). Regardless of age, all guest must be included in the booking numbers when booking to prevent forfeiting security deposit.

Property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies. No pets allowed.

Surveillance camera is located outside the home to protect the property and safety of all our guests.

Snow bird sanctuary

We snow bird for 2 months and really enjoyed our stay. The place is completely redone on the inside, all new. We were very comfortable and found the neighborhood very pleasant. Sandy responds immediately to any questions.

Just about 5 stars!!

Sandy is incredible; truly a rare find when it comes to hosting/being a good human. I’m afraid to write a good review in fear this house will always be booked. Lol. Perfect set up, excellent location...had everything we needed! Clean on the inside and stocked! What would I change? Pool area could use a good cleaning or frequent power washing in between renters. Leaves and landscape clean up on outside of fenced pool would be great. Cement patio inside pool area needs a good power wash/dirt on patio /spider webs on screens should be swept away in between renters. Also, eyesore across canal; to avoid seeing inside neighbors back door and unkept back yard, we just moved the grill to block the view; wish there was something else like a tree to block that view. Dog next door is a German shepherd- a beautiful dog and we love fur babies but the constant barking was not fun... dog barked when home across street was getting work done and when dog’s owners left for the day .... constant barking! Again, these are things to consider before renting. However, sandy and the amenities of home are perfect- which will definitely pull us in for future renting ... truly she’s a gem - house temperature was perfect- layout was perfect..location was perfect.

Just as we expected. One issue was the tv internet went off every 30 min. After struggling for many days we were able to reconfigure the power cables and it seemed to correct the problem.

Great Location

Great location to restaurants and stores. 30-45 minutes over to Fort Myers Beach and Airport. Enjoyed the weather, pool and sun while all of the United States was having snow and cold.

great location super easy checkin very responsive host. this property has it all screened in solar heated pool boat dock. great shower in master bath and jetted tub in second bath. any unit that is rented can have problems but when the oven broke sandy responded on weekend and got us a new one installed quickly. i would love to stay here again

This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Clean and well equipped for living. Very comfortable bed. Waterfall in pool ran on automatic and added ambiance to the outside living space. We enjoyed our 2 week stay.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Unfortunately our stay was short lived. Upon arrival, we noticed that the home was extremely dirty. First there was food left in the refridgerator, that should have been disposed of. There were men’s underwear above the washer and dryer that were located in a very dirty garage. There was black mold in main bath with a corner full of hair and dirt. All blinds were broken, there was dirt and hair hanging from ceiling fans and covering the vents. The ceiling fan was shimmed and vent covers were held in place with only one screw. The threshold leading to the pool area was broken and jagged, also there was water damage inside the home along sliding doors and behind refrigerator. Discoloration by outlets and outlet covers that did not cover opening, wires were directly leaving the wall without junction boxes. None of the outlets in the front bedroom worked. This rental looked as if it had not been taken care of. Very expensive for the condition of the home. Felt as if we were misled. We have contacted property manager as well as HomeAway.

Sandy was always quick to answer my questions and take care of any problems that came up. Plenty of towels for the pool and the beach was very nice, along with the lawn chairs for the beaches were helpful also. The pool water temp was unbelievable, plus 80 degrees every day, very warm! There was nothing I could complain about. Thanks for a great stay!

My wife, 4 daughters and I stayed over spring break. The property was great. The pool was heated nicely and everything worked very well. The large screen TVs we nice in the evenings and Xfinity was nice. Plenty of towels was a big plus for a family our size. The property manager was fantastic! Her communication was exceptional. I never met her in person but the key box and code worked very well and she was very responsive through the VRBO App. The only recommendations I have are to have the dryer serviced. It didn’t dry well and thus we needed to run the dryer twice for nearly every load. The final recommendation is to have better utensils/silverware. There were just a few normal sized fork and the few remaining were tiny specialty forks, nearly half the size of a standard fork. Aside from these items to improve, we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Easy direct access to Caloosahatchee river for boaters. The outdoor private pool allows for the little ones to enjoy a nice swim, while the adults can fish from the canal or BBQ up a feast.
