I’m sorry to hear of your rating. I didn’t receive ANY complaints during your stay so I’m shocked to read this. The other guest in the party knew the property manager and communicated regularly
with him. Normally, if there are issues, guests would communicate the concern and give us an opportunity to address any concerns. It is unfortunate that this type of review with no prior communication.
