Villa Adina is a newly renovated modern designed property located in Westerhall Point, an exclusive gated community, situated on a peninsula on south eastern coast of the island of Grenada.
A few steps away from the beachfront, the property offers unique views of the bay and the mountains. Sleeping up to 6-8 people, our property is designed to cater for families, couples, groups and special events. Whether you’re looking for a quiet hideaway or an exotic escape, you’ll find everything here is designed to evoke a sense of peace and comfort. The location allows you to sit back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, sounds of the cooling ocean breeze rusting the palms, rhythmic percussion of the waves gently breaking out in the bay, complimented by the melodious chirping of the birds.
The villa consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms and a fully equipped self-contained studio apartment. All bedrooms and studio apartment are fully air-conditioned.
The Master Suite has a walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom equipped with shower & bathtub.
All of our indoor areas sit under rotating fans that keep you cool wherever you decide to relax. We provide towels, beach towels, and snorkels & masks if you care to use them.

I was born in Trinidad and came to Grenada at 6 years old. I stayed for 6.5 years before returning to Trinidad and then to the UK for the next 30+ years. Having spent my formative years on the island I have a special love for the island. 2 years ago my wife and I decided it was time to return to warmer climates and here we are.
Why they chose this property
Two years ago, we happened to come across this property whilst searching for a plot to build our dream home.
Over the last eight months it has been a labor of love renovating the property to its former glory. When my job relocated to Poland I used the opportunity to complete the project.
We would now like to share our home with others and hope they enjoy the wonderful features the location has to offer.

What makes this property unique
The villa is a few steps down to a small beach. There are also 3 additional beaches with a short walk. A short 15-minute drive from the busiest tourist areas, includes the famous Grand Anse beach and 20 minutes from the capital city of St. George making it an ideal location for exploring the island.
