Condo building is under construction but the condo and amenities are still available. .

This is a 1 Bedroom beach condo. Perfect for two people and is in sought after Bay Shore Yacht and Tennis Complex. The Kitchen is fully functional. Internet included. The Bathroom is a walk-in shower w glass door. Relax on the large porch and watch the boats and wildlife go by.
From the condo, the views are spectacular and the award winning beach is just steps away with the walkway across the street from the complex. Accommodations include pool, hot tub, tennis, fishing, shuffle board, pickle ball and onsite laundery facilities(4th floor). Also have outdoor grilling area.NOTE: no glass to be used in pool area. Hefty fines associated with people who do not follow the rules.

Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation with wonderful view of the waterway from the balcony. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops and other amenities. Can highly recommend for a couple.

Great place to stay in Indian Shores! Shirt walk to the beach, beach chairs were available and a lovely balcony overlooking the “bay”. Bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful location, very short walk across the street to the beach. Super clean, with a nice view of the bay. Right next to a mini golf course too!
