The beautiful villa 100 meters from the best beach in Marbella!
Costanera Villa in Marbella near the beach between Las Chapas and in Costabella Los Monteros urbanization with all possible extras - perfect for family and friends. Completely renovated house is on two levels and has a living room with kitchen and large windows front with son in the pleasant garden and pool. There are 4 bedrooms. First bedroom has a double bed, second and third bedrooms each has two separate beds. Fourth bedroom is on the second floor, it features a large double bed. It is also the second lougne. Each room has its own separate enterance from outside and each one has a bathroom with a toilet, bidet and shower. Villa is built in Andalusian style with a large terrace in the center. There is a dining table on the patio for dining and spending time outdoors. Parking lots, barbecue, salt water pool (no chemicals). ADSL Wi-Fi, UK TV, German TV, DVD (Blu-ray 3D, USB host). Close to restaurants and supermarket. If you love golf, not far include Santa Clara Golf-seven kilometers and more golf.
