Enjoy this newly constructed Seacrest Beach house with easy access to the pool and beach! There are 3 kings, 1 queen and twin bunk beds to sleep a total of 10 guests. Enter the first floor where you will find the main living space with the kitchen, living and dining areas all in and open concept. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a unique mermaid tile back splash and a center island with three bar stools. It is open to the living room which is complete with a sectional, flat screen TV and a first floor powder room. The dining room has a round table and seating for six guests. The back patio has a propane grill and a table with two chairs.

Head on up to the second floor where you will find the primary suite complete with a king size bed and private en suite. The stunning en suite has two sinks, a tub and walk in shower. The other guest bedroom on the second level is also a king bed with a private en suite. This en suite has a single sink and tiled walk in shower.

Escape to the third floor to find the bunk room, two guest bedrooms and a two guest bathrooms. At the top of the stairs is the custom built twin over twin bunk. There is one queen guest bedroom and one king guest bedroom. One bathroom has a single sink and a shower/tub combo and the other bathroom has a single sink and shower only.

This property is close to restaurants and shopping in Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys Beach. The seasonal complimentary beach tram takes you to the beach access, or you can walk to it, which is about a 7 minute walk. Beautiful location

Location and amenities of the neighborhood were great. Tram service was very convenient and the bikes were a great add on. The listing stated a check in time that was different than the actual check in. We were given 3 different times through the process which was confusing and frustrating as we had to wait to get in to the home. On departure day the cleaning crew was early and waiting for us to leave. The outdoor shower did not work, the dishwasher top tray was broken and the ice machine barely made any ice so we had to purchase our own. The location of the property was perfect. The beach was wonderful and there were plenty of places to go to on bike or by tram. We enjoyed our stay despite some inconveniences.

Wonderful Stay

Great spot for vacation with kids. We brought 6 kids to the beach and this house was perfect. The tram to and from the beach was nice to get everyone to and from the beach and was prompt when we called, but the dedicated Seacrest beach is very crowded compared to the beaches in front of other properties. The house came with 4 adult bikes which was great. Very clean. 30a Escapes doesn’t provide coffee or coffee filters, so be sure to bring or get those. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, which was annoying to have to go buy all those things when we realized they were out… but could be expected from these weekly types of rentals. Kitchen was great for cooking and spreading out after getting back from the beach. Beds were great, including the bunk room for kids on third floor.

Beautiful place but needs some fixes.

We enjoyed our vacation in Seacrest beach. Home is in a beautiful neighborhood with beaches that are very close and huge wonderful pools. The house itself is very nice but is in a need of better furniture. The sofa and chairs are pretty dirty and worn out, the rug is dirty and there are broken window blinds on the third floor.. things like that really brought down the overall experience. If you fix those things then it would really be 5 stars all the way.
