The Avondale Attic
Retro style 1 bedroom apartment available in the Irving Park neighborhood off of Addison Street. This is a private attic apartment that you will not be sharing. Full bathroom and kitchen included. Quiet neighborhood and very quaint space. 4 sleeping spaces. 1 queen, 1 twin, 1 full sofa, and 1 chaise lounge.
This apartment is private. Full bath and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with plates, pans, pots, and various utensils. If you require a special item for the kitchen I can supply it. I provide only coffee which I can replenish upon request. We have cable TV and WIFI along with a smart tv. In unit all-in-one washser/dryer.
As your host, I can help with any information you may need to make your stay in Chicago a memorable one. If I am around I will come and say hi. You may run into other guests from the other units outside of the house so don't be alarmed.

You must also acknowledge Pet(s) live on property - Well trained security dog on 1st floor. Must climb stairs - 2 small flights of stairs Some spaces are shared - Front hallway is shared with the 1st floor apartment.

This location is great to get to the downtown area fast. You can also enjoy Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Lakeview or Wrigleyville which are all under 10 minutes away.
What makes this property unique
You have a private apartment (not shared) in a quiet neighborhood with free parking right out front. Prices are very reasonable in a vibrant area of the city.
