Ideally located in the city center in the golden triangle, boulevard de Provence, in the heart of the entertainment, restaurants, shops, close to the beaches and the old port, everything is done on foot. The apartment is south-west facing, not overlooked and is air conditioned. It is furnished with taste and simplicity. It includes a 30 m² living room-kitchen with double sofa bed (160x200), a dining area for 5-6 people, a bedroom with 2 separate beds (90X200), a large bathroom with WC and it also has a covered loggia and a private enclosed garden. A private parking space is reserved outside. A collective swimming pool is available in the residence.
