À éviter dans l'état actuel du logement

Les nuits sans climatisation est juste horrible et inhumain de faire louer ce logement à une famille de 5 membres L'espace ne suffit même pas pour un couple L'immobilier est d'une autre époque Zéro confort 9 Chaises dans un 20 mètres carrés On était obligés de déplacer les tables et chaises pour pouvoir mettre le lit Parlons de la mezzanine d'une hauteur de 50 cm maximum Ou les enfants devaient se mettre à 4 pattes pour se déplacer Et se taper la tête pendant le sommeil Je propose aux propriétaires des lieux de venir sur place pour constater Et je conseille à ces derniers d'investir dans la peinture Le mobilier la literie Et surtt la CLIMATISATION J'EXIGE A ABRITEL DE ME FAIRE UN REMBOURSEMENT PARTIEL OU UN AVOIR A UTILISER SUR MES PROCHAINS SÉJOURS j'attends un retour de la part d'abriter Cordialement

Très sale

Notre séjour a été gâché. Domi abord on s attendais à voir 2 chambres comme le signal le titre de la annonce. Reçu très vite pourvus état des lieux inexistant, même pas ouvert le lit pont (où il aurait vu le protège matelas tâche, heureusement que je avais emmener mes draps oreillers et couverture). Un sol très sale, en soulevant le tapis une catastrophe. Des portes avec traces de doigts et ecriture (mais où est la procédure sanitaire covin? J étais malade) le lendemain de notre arrivée, invasion de fourmi dans la cuisine, on a appelé le gérant, personne, il nous a laissé nous débrouiller, on a passé la soirée à nettoyer, acheter du produit pas remboursé de ailleurs et jeté nos fruits, pain, biscottes enfin nos petites courses que l on avait fait. Dans la mezzanine très sale, restaient un collier sous le lit des cheveux et beaucoup de poussière, mon frère avec sa femme en visite à refuser d y coucher. Pas de sèche cheveux comme prévu, obligé d en acheter. Pas de fer aussi . Le garage se ferme pas. La grille du passage plage ne s ouvre pas. Une odeur d égout en continue dans l appartement, avons acheté un diffuseur de parfum. Le gérant nous a quand même remboursé le ménage car il a pu constater mais notre séjour dans cet appartement à été un enfer, on a passé tout notre temps à la extérieur. On économise pour se payer des congés, être bien en vacances et on revient déçu et frustrés.

Magnifique vue sur la mer

Très agréable séjour. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le logement était très propre et fonctionnel. Il est également bien équipé. Le logement est idéal pour un couple ou un couple avec un enfant mais pour cinq personnes, cela doit faire un peu juste.

Plus qu’agréable

Studio et mezzanine prévu pour 5 ....! Deux cela est parfait, 3 réalisable, au delà peut-être compliqué. Sinon accueil parfait, j’y retournerai, cela est sûr d’autant que les propriétaires et les locataires de la résidence sont très courtois.

Belle situation face à la mer

Bien sur avant la mer et la plage il y a la route très fréquentée, pas de problème la nuit grace aux volets en bois, mais en journée sur le balcon c'est très bruyant.....

Superbe séjour à deux pas de la mer!

L'appartement est agréable à vivre et propre. Idéal seule ou à plusieurs. Il est facilement accessible notamment en avion par Nice. J'ai pu profiter des nombreuses activités sportives proposées dans les environs . Je recommande cet appartement propre, fonctionnel et bénéficiant d'une magnifique vue sur la mer !
